BMW M140i: aFe Magnum Pro Dry S Air Filter and Hot Climate Mod (First Intake Mods)

Getting more air into the cylinders means more fuel can be added, so more power. Cooling the inlet air temperature means the air will be more dense and hence more oxygen in any unit of volume, so more power. I will try to increase my B58 engine power with an oil-free air filter that allows more air flow than stock, as well as modify the engine with a dedicated intake behind the left kidney grille (also known as the "Hot Climate Mod").
