How did you get it so that it’s….. wavier, like how it looks in the thumbnail with all the plasma waves???
Exactly as shown in the tutorial. If you are not getting similar results, you could try playing with the settings in the node set.

how can you make a material that move on it's own?
I don't understand. You still need to animate it somehow. Could you clarify?
Er, what are the mix shader, third noise texture, and mapping nodes for? You never connect them to anything, and they don't influence the texture.
Connect them to the vector input of the neighbouring node on the right and you'll get an effect more akin to the preview image for this video, rather than the softer and less dense render you get in the video.

Why cant i see it on eve?
Because Evee and Cycles are different render engines. Evee doesn't handle transparency or volumetrics that well.
