My brother had this ex that i used to be friends with and the day after they broke up she would talk so much shit about him but then like 3 days later she was really nice and tried to be friends with him again, he didn’t want to so then after all of that she went to me and a ton of other people and said that he used her body to make him look bad. Somethings not adding up because why tf would you want to be friends with someone if they used you for your body. Its crazy how far some women and men will go just to get people on their side and make you seem like the bad person.
false accusations of rape, should be punished with the same amount of sentence/jail time/fines that the accused would've received if found guilty. the accuser needs to be punished.

I agree 💯 but I think all false allegations should get that and they all should have a restitution to pay the victim and there should be a registery just like sex offenders and if the false allegation was sex crimes then by God they belong on the sex registery for life.

@justinjackson4073 there are lots of sex related things that don't involve sex or even physical contact but they are sexual in nature so they land u on the registry, I don't get how a false allegation is different.
I mean, possession of illegal pornography isn't even a sex act nor does it even involve another person directly. It's just owning an illegal object. It's basically contraband that can put u on the registry.
That's like getting prosecuted for Marijuana possession because you donated money to a pro-marijuana charity.
This concept is so simple but extremely important. This happened to me in the military between me and my ex wife and this is exactly the kind of legal advice I received too. It saved my career and frankly my life.
If people have never experienced this they have no understanding of it. Im sure the police just look at us & think guilty. I know the male policeman interiewing me in my last interiew said he could not understand how i would be helping them out likke that. I said well that is down to you, if you cannot understand it i cant help you. I think it is very easy to understand. I dont think he liked my answer but i dont care it was the truth.

Lying about anything wastes time. It’s sad that they only get small sentences for literally destroying another person’s life.

I just beat my case this past May. April 12 last year my ex planted a rifle in my house and had the cops on the way before I even knew what was going on. When I seen it hidden by the kitchen table I called a friend to come get it right then. My ex videoed my friend leaving with the gun but I'm not in any video or pictures. Cops get there and she tells them I threatened to kill her and her three boys, threw my work boots at her and of course showed em the video. I heard her say I threatened to kill the boys and I'm thankful the police were there when it was said. I kicked my ex out months before this but her boys stayed living with me. They didn't want to be around their mom very much but didn't really tell me why other than she's crazy and always screaming at them and others. I had just recently the past week let her stay at my house under clear and set ground rules because it was very very cold at that time. I told her she has two weeks and please don't break the ground rules and I'll do whatever I can to help her and the boys. We slept in separate rooms, didn't speak to much but did speak a little. I was trying hard not to give her any sign of hope there's a chance. Around midnight I wake up and she's getting in bed with me. I couldn't fucking believe it and I was pissed but didn't scream and holler I just told her how disrespectful that shit is to me and leave now. I had to go to the couch cause she wouldn't leave. I calmly as possible told her the next morning on my way to work that I felt very disrespected and she has no respect for me or anything has to do with me and I had tried hard and gave to many chances to her and not one thing has changed even thru all this very real break up and still don't believe me. It hurt me because I knew the boys would be taken from me and used to hurt me after this but had to tell her I can't help her anymore and can't have anymore in person contact that phone and text were fine but had to find a place to visit the boys because she wasn't allowed back Inside and only on property long enough to pick up or drop off the boys. The whole time she's mad saying the bed is huge and she was on the other side. I reminded her bout the talk and agreement on the ground rules we set and besides that do not act like your hands wouldn't be trying to get in my boxers before long and I guess she figured a guy won't turn that down but she knew I ain't most dudes and nobody controls me or manipulates me with anything like that but maybe she thought I lied about that too. I know for fact that's when she realized I really was dead serious and there wasn't a chance on getting back together and that is why she did what she did. Didn't matter that even though we broke up I was still trying to help her and her boys were still very much safe and keeping a normal school time routine and the boys loved me as much as I loved them and had done absolutely nothing but reject her to give any reason for all she did. I was exonerated this past May and produced texts that her best friends husband sent me because he was pissed and disgusted at his wife and my ex. My ex also had me banned from my house and my property while she stayed there and didn't pay one penny on one bill and had to be evicted and wasn't a legal tenet to begin with. The text said she had to do what she did to make sure I hated her and never a chance I'd be nice to her again because that's what she needed to be able to get over me and move on and if she felt like there was any possibility she couldn't not keep trying. Like WTF! I only have 3 ex's I don't speak to or wouldn't speak to if I ran into them and solid reasons to stay that way. Most of my ex's are still friends or they are civil and speak if run into each other but don't reach out to each other. I was trying to keep things civil as possible because I'd raised them boys for three years and were very close and loved each other like family. I'm close to her brother and her dad and was that way before I ever met her so I stand a lot to lose if we can't be civil. I was scared to be honest and she'd used the boys against me said I'd never see them again before this. I ain't perfect and I have ways about me that come from being locked up so much in my life from the time I was 12 and I'm sure she could come up with more and be right BUT that kinda stuff is normal and just people being people. I never laid a hand on her but was two or three times I did have to wrestle her to keep from being punched repeatedly by her but those were awhile back. I've never cheated on anyone in my life and have serious deeply rooted beliefs I stand firm on about cheating and going behind the others back. I never came close to giving her a reason to hurt me like that. She knew very well how hard and long I had to fight and change things about me to reach the life I have today. My biggest personal accomplishment and one nobody said I even had a chance because I was to far in my past life and from to young to be able to maintain for very long and my temper would have me back in prison before long. She knew how proud I was and how I was extremely dedicated to a strict daily routine that's worked and kept me out of situations that could go wrong. This hurt me really bad and still does to be honest. My best friend was in the Supermax for the past 5 yrs locked down 23 hrs a day and first chance at parole won't be till 2036. He's in there because I was sick and he was checking on me and I'd just got home from the hospital so he was making sure nobody was bothering me trying to get stuff I sold back then. Wasn't long at all when a few friends show up and have a problem and need help. One thing lead to another and we located the issue and Kevin shot him in the head three feet from me and the couple others that were there. I've held so much guilt and felt so responsible because I took three guns from them before we left and they still came with two more. If I hadn't been so sick that shit would never have gotten by me and handled different. Well back to Kevin doing 5 in supermax. I done plenty of 30 to 90 days in the whole before but that last time I did 9 months and was the worst hole I ever been in and it done something to me in the head and still to this day I got real issues when certain situations come up. Knowing what it done to me and I'm far from what anyone would call weak or soft so imagining what my brother was having to deal with and blame myself for him being there was absolutely destroying me inside and out because I love that dude more than my DNA brother and grew up from young kids together and been thru more than most together. He didn't deserve any of that and I'm just fucking twisted inside and desperately needing psych help and my meds that mysteriously come up missing first time ever in 20 yrs of taking them. I have a neurostimulator implanted on my spinal cord and have to carry a remote control with me to operate. I had mentioned my controlling fears to my ex about being scared that with no meds, head already very unstable that there's a very real possibility I catch another charge and may not know at the time what I was doing and how dangerous that is for everyone. I didn't leave my house for close to two weeks because I was so scared I'd do something and if so then because of my stimulator I'd be in isolation because they WILL NOT put you around other inmates no matter how much you agree too or know I'd live by. It's a crippling type issue I had going on and my ex knew all of this and lived with me long enough to see how hard I was being tested. For the first time in my life I tried to commit suicide three days before I was arrested. I still don't really know what happened but remember coming too and just balling and losing it and realized what I had just tried to do and felt like I was hit by a tank in the stomach. My heart hurt incredibly bad physically like something happened.
I knew I never should have ever mentioned anything to her about none of it but I had nobody else to confide in and rest on for a minute that would come back around me after. She's told me things that happened to her in the past that was horrible. I would never tell anyone no matter what or use it to inflict any more pain. She took my very worst time, worst regret, one of my biggest fears while I'm needing professional help from psych Dr sick in the head and never did she consider getting me to get some help cause I'm not functioning right enough to remember at that moment. She took advantage of it all and used every single bit against me plus added a gun to be charged with. I was already broke up with her and had already come to terms over it and doesn't affect anything like jealousy or what not. It does however leave me not able to understand why would she or anyone take something so ingrained and unstable that carrys an extreme amount of pain and regret and caused long lasting and deep emotional issues that ain't close to healed and use them to destroy him??? How evil does someone have to be to do that. And when it's seen that she forgot about the fact I know how to deal with cops investigations and I've been in criminal trials in my past so there's no scaring me to take a deal because I can prove mine and you can't yours. For her to file three more false charges on me quickly after I bonded out that has to mean not only is she evil but she has to hate me to an extreme which is whatever but I didn't cause her to hate, her not being to keep me caused her to hate me and still not even close to warrant what she did. She just keeps on walking though with no consiquences and still provoking trouble. I wish I understood

@@jasekill21 It leaves a bitter taste when people questioning your character, your doubting yourself, what did i wrong that people think that of me even when you 1000% innocence. I have been lucky that the person accused me had a history of having beef with so many people, that literally nobody was on her side and i was very open with the whole situation. It is very stressful when you have to proof yourself in such public manner and nobody wants to remembered as the guy being accused of something like that. And people talk behind you back, you will need good friends at work to shield you from doubters, who make willingly unwillingly bad comments about the situation.
I was very lucky, i am still thankful for my female work friends who helped me through this situation and defended me in front of others. That helped a lot.

@@prod.kyttes3854 same here worst part is that her entire friend group told everyone that i rubbed my face into her chest on purpose even tho no one outside of the friend group saw me do what she claimed that i did and one of her friend kinda lied because she said that she saw me put my face and hands onto her chest but the girl that was accusing me is saying i put my face like if you saw me do it how come you guys are saying 2 different things and the same girl that SAW ME(put my face and hands) told me this boy H saw me do it but when he was called to the counselor office he said he never saw me do nothing so no one outside of the friend group saw me do nothing but the VP said that her friends are not really good evidence so i thank them for not being bias but they just gave me a warning to not touch the girls even if it might cost me a point but when i was talking to the counselor they started all these rumors that i did it on purpose which is BS

Another example: suppose you tell the detective "Nothing happened. We watched a movie at her house, then I left and went home to bed." You've just proved half their case against you. Proved you know her, proved you were alone with her at the scene of the alleged crime. You're that much closer to a conviction.

You will begin recording or even clarifying you two are on good terms. Then continue to record as she gets emotional and maybe decides to make threats of false allegations.

Good advice! It reminds me of the rape charge against Joseph in the Bible (see Genesis 39). He in all likelihood didn't talk because it would of done no good. He trusted in God and made the most of his situation. He eventually was able to save the lives of tens of thousands of people from starvation.

Since 2007, I've been destroyed and my situation does not permit me to attain legal council as I literally am and have been homeless since being ostracized by society. My children believe me to be a monster because of their mother and because I've not been able to defend myself legally. This video is about #100 on youtube that I've seen. None of these videos tell you that once you are accused the cops can place you on a sex offender registry without a trial. Without a victim or arrest or even charges of any kind. And no prison time. Yet I have alleged military charges that also do not exist. How do I know because one court looked and was supposed to clear my name 5 years ago but a corrupt (d.a.) changed my none conviction to a military conviction even though the judge cleared me. Then rewrote my transcripts. I have all of the proof except the videos which the court refuses to give me even after filing 6 foia requests. Yet no record of those foia requests exists. There is so much more and I have documentation of as much as I can.
My ex wife is the only person who could have started this against as denoted by her allegations against me of molesting my children. All of this started in 2007 and my life and the lives of my children have been utterly destroyed from what it should have been. When my ex accused me she took my daughter to at least 3 doctors in the same day. I dont know if all of them performed rape kit tests on my youngest but I know she was given one at least. I was tested as well. Obviously I'm not guilty or I would be in prison. The problem is saint clair shores police forced me to put my name on the registry and since then family court believes I hurt my children. Family court came into the picture while I was trying to clear my name from the registry, which it is not, and because I was on a county bond I couldn't leave the county I was in to attend family court affective making me look like a piece of shit scum bag.
Whats my point after all of that is, what good is the law when it's out of reach for someone like me. Im homeless and trying to be able to repair the lives of my girls and I. But I can't because the law is too expensive for someone like me. Also what good is the law, what trust should I even have for law if its those in law who for their careers destroy lives.
There is no advocatesfor people like me. You use people like me as a punch line at your social gatherings, while in the same breath asking for handouts for using us as your punchline. That money doesn't help people it leaves people destroyed it leaves the lives of two generations fucked up with no hope of ever getting help, with no chance of anything other than to be used.
I'm a father who lost his children to a conniving wench of a female. My children live with an unfounded fear of me believing her lies. All because she put me on the sex offender list. To this day I still don't know how.
So many people tell me to just move on your kids will learn one day. They will come find you. Tomorrow is not guaranteed and today is already taken. Just saying if anyone is listening.

Best advice I have for anybody looking is don't talk to police. Anything CAN and WILL be used against you in a court of law. If there is an accusation against you they are NOT trying to get your side of the story. They ARE currently building a case against you beings they work with the state attorney. Also know your right to remain silent is NOT AN ADMISSION OF GUILT. Talk to only those you trust with your life because right now your life depends on it. If you only listen to your attorney especially a state appointed defense attorney they tend to be over burdened and work closely with the state. What this means is they may try to get you to take a plea deal to a lesser charge with an ADMISSION OF GUILT. If you are innocent this can be extremely insulting!. Be prepared to fight for your truth the rest of your life in prison or outside free with a lifetime of trauma. You really don't win either way. PRO TIP: read up on your local laws in the law library to discuss with your attorney to know that you are being best represented with the best defense possible. Nobody is going to fight for you unless you have lots of money. If you have a court appointed attorney you do not have money therefore you have to be prepared to fight for yourself. Hold your defense accountable by the standard of your local laws. If you are guilty you are not getting away it but if you are innocent the truth will come out it always does!!!

Over 15 years ago i was accused of rape by one of two sisters that were a part of my life. I cant remembber how old they were but say around 9 & 12 when they first appeared. Those ages could bbe wrong. I had been telling them for a while that if i inherited my moms house then when i died i would leave it to them. Then at 50 i met a foreigner & married her. It all happened quite quickly. As the girls had gotten a little older so i didnt see them as often ( it was down to them they were busier going with their friends. ). Anyway after the my wife had joined me in the uk & im not sure how longg after even if it was years but the police turned up at my door & said the younger one was accusing me of raping her. Im not sure how many times they interiewd me & i always went for the interviews without a solicitor. Well after a long time they told me no charges would be bought. Some time after that i asked for my computer & everything they had taken from me bbe returned to me but they said it had all be thrown away. The older sister who was very protective of her younger sister said she knew nothing of this & that i had never done anything to her. 15 years later ( or maybe longer ) & it was march or april this year they again called me to a police interview. They said now the older sister has said i also raped here & that the youngger sister had been prenant & had an abortion so many years ago & that i was the father. I asked them if dna was taken of this aborted baby as if it was it would clear me as never not once was there any sexual cpontact of any sort between either of them & me. Again i have now not hear anything more from the police since my nterview & i think its eighter just over 5 mothns or 4 months since i was interviewed. Im sure they would have caught her out lying if they intervewed her more than once. It was easy for me as all i had to do was tell the truth. I will never ever trust anyone not related to me again & would never help out any families no matter how poor they are. I hope karma gets both of them & they get sick & i dont care if they die from it as i could have been falsely jailed for many years for those lying accusations. These liars should be in jail like we would be if we were guilty of these offences. I know it has affected me mentally & its made my olden years quite horrible.

I learnt this the hard way myself when I was put into a position of mentoring a girl of 16, (and I wasn't even trained for mentoring at the time). and I'm still afraid that I might be called in to question sometime in the future. You should see how convincing this child's lies are, and the way she bursts into tears to hammer her lies home. Keep away from minors at all costs. The experiance will never let you see life the same way ever again.

It's now over 5 months since i was last interviewed & I've heard nothing from them. & i dont know if i mentioned it but when they first interviewed me over 15 years ago they took so much from my home, my computer & many other things & i never got anything back & no compensation. I was very silly in all my interviews as i never had any solicitors with me, i knew i was innocent so i thought i didnt need one. This last time they asked me if i kept my bedroom door shut when i went to bed. Well i think i did but i cannot truly remember, it was over 15 years ago. Even now when i go to bed i shut my bedroom door so i think i did also back then but cannot truly remember. I think the first thing they should do is give a lie detector test to these girls who make these complaints as im sure many would then stop there & then, because they who lie know they are lying. Yes. The important thing to remember is PROBABLE CAUSE is not the same as having enough evidence to take a case to trial. If they can prove the two of you had sex, that's generally probable cause to at least arrest you. But if that's all they can establish, they will likely have to drop the charges because they need to be able to satisfy the legal definition of rape in court.

This happened to my teenage son. Thank god he had a non related grown man and woman with 2 sons who could verify his location the time this false charge was leveled.
Still gave us 3 weeks of hell to deal with a country sheriffs department and a public school system bent on getting him charged.
We kept him out of handcuffs , jail and court. Had to pull him out of high school. Till at last the Country sheriff department found no wrong doing. Then would not charge the young woman who accused him with filing false charges. Proven to have lied about it.

My advice is never put yourself in that kind of situation. Women have more rights than men do and I have fully accept it. Thus what I did in this one situation - was that a woman invited me to her dorm room when I was in college, I simply refused. It would be a scenario when it is my word against hers. There was no camera phones at the time so I couldn't prove that she was lying, therefore, I avoided the entire situation altogether, and stayed at home instead.

It's not really realistic to expect people not to talk to anybody (besides accuser & police) in a time of such crisis and confusion. Need to be giving better advice than that. Such as gather your exonerating evidence, time logs, digital messages, whatever asap to take to a lawyer.

I think what tipped off the investigator not to F with me was that (among other things) I pulled out my cell phone and audio recorded the entire questioning session! I’ve been accused of rape twice. I immediately told the “victim” and their friends that I need to call the police to get it sorted out. Both cases said no and for me to just stay away. Now will someone please tell me why wouldn’t a so called rape victim not want the police involved? Especially the girl’s father? Because they falsely accused me, that’s why. I should’ve contacted a lawyer and tried to sue them both. Immediately go to the police if you’re accused of rape and don’t let the “victim” know it.
From a sexual assault victim perspective, police are intimidating and talking to them can be retraumatizing or the victim can’t talk about what happened or they aren’t ready to go to the police. For me it was all the above.

I was afraid of my abuser and what he would do to me if I went to the police. I was also emotionally, verbally and psychologically abused by him….he even held me hostage as a way to keep me quiet. I was afraid to go to the police until two years ago. I could barely talk about what happened to me without re-traumatizing and reliving it in my head. Actual sexual assault victims don’t go to the police due to the power the abuser has over them. Just because they don’t go to police and report it doesn’t mean it didn’t happen and it sure has hell doesn’t mean the victim is lying!

Later that evening she asked me for a ride. I said no,. She said she felt scared walking home. I gave her the ride. I was invited in to see her new apartment. I said no, her boyfriend was a kind man and I wanted to be friends with him and his crowd. She insisted on hugging me and tried to pull a hair off me. She failed. You know the rest. There was nothing I could say, after all what does a rapist say when accused? "I didn't rape her" , is what they all say. A police investigation would likely have cleared me, note that if I had gone in her apartment I would probably be sitting in prison. I've lost track of the number of times an AA's has tried to have me fired, or implied that I should commit suicide. The founder of AA said himself', "AA has among it's membership the sickest people in the world". Guard yourself their. It's a wonderful self-confrontational program, even for someone who doesn't believe or dis-believe in a god, but for many AA is a social club. One loser propping up another losers fragile ego. Amen

Her ex partner who is a world famous actor told me that he had kicked her out and had sent her clothes back to her and advised me to never even speak to her again. She ended up being dumped by her lawyer who has been aggressively coming after me for financial damages. She was subsequently banned from entering Norway where I live for harassing me.

I was accused by my girlfriend's 14 year old niece of raping her and soddomizing her. Ive never even really been around her. What let people lnow she was lying is she said that my girlfriend and her kids were in the room and witnessed it. There was a case in my country that one Hongkong tourist woman reported to the police accused a taxi driver of raping her.
The woman was sent to hospital for forensic examination for a proof of rape. The forensic report showed there's an sexual intercourse but no evidence of raping(bruisng or forced attempt at her vagina) plus CCTV at the hotel showed that the taxi driver had never got into her room.
That Hongkong tourist woman was later charged with false accusation and later sentenced to 6 months behind bars.

In the West forensic examination report rarely used before any arrest is made. It's just her words that matters and no consequences of falsely accusation.

I was falsely accused, living in another state 1500 miles away during said accusation. I was also arrested and charged without probable cause ever being filed by police or prosecutors. The judge signed off saying he read the probable cause affidavit when it was never filed. I spent 3 years in county jail and 4 months in prison. I also have a certified copy of a letter from the county court clerk saying no probable cause exists for this case number. My life is ruined because i was going through a child custody battle. Where do i go from here?

I tried to get an Attorney. But that attorney had me send her everything in an email and she went to my accuser to get them to hire MY OWN ATTORNEY AGAINST ME! (A woman's husband was caught screwing his 17 year old sister-in-law, for 8 years... he didn't deny it, but he demanded to know who told her. The woman told h that I told her about his illicit affair. I didn't know for 3 full years why they were all 3 attacking me. The woman, her husband, and his sister-in-law/girlfriend. And none of them are in prison. They even went so far as to have my father murdered... An 85 year old man! When, he came from 4 states away to investigate their lies. Their attorney, her deputy sheriff husband, another attorney, and the sessions court clerk shot him point blank in the head. And still... Nobody in prison.

@@dfls5069 The standard for getting an arrest warrant, particularly on sexual assault allegations, is pretty high. At least in my county. She’s making it sound as though law enforcement can get one just based on believing an alleged victim more than an alleged offender.
@@dfls5069 I mean, I can’t speak for every county. But typically an investigator is seeking a warrant for arrest when the alleged suspect is not in custody. So hypothetically, there should have been a decent amount of investigation to have probable cause. I’d argue that any arrest warrant should have a pretty high standard. Not all felony allegations result in arrest either. Some cases are sent for consideration of indictment. Then it’s up to whatever judicial agency it was sent to to proceed or not.

I think this attorney nailed it on the head when she said not to speak with law enforcement. It’s a natural inclination to want to talk if you’re innocent because you’re afraid that invoking your right to remain silent makes you look guilty. Use that right! If you have evidence proving your innocence, let your lawyer present it to law enforcement and do all the talking for you.

I think (my opinion) "Rape" is a Religious, Traditional, sexist crime. Assault and Battery should cover it. For example if 1 man cuts off the finger of another man or woman a crime has been committed and the punishment should be greater than a man raping a woman without any physical damage. I was accused of some pretty horrid stuff by a girl when I was in high school.
