DIY Coffee Table Build

In this video I show you how to build an Elliptical Cantilevered Coffee Table out of Oak wood and concrete. A cantilevered table is one that supports I show you what materials I picked up at Lowe's. How to use oak stock to build, glue, and clamp a tabletop. Then I show you how to draw an ellipse step by step on a piece of woodwork. I discuss building a concrete form, how to mix pour and finish concrete as well. I then assemble the whole project, sand down everything, stain and finish with a lacquer coating. This can be a fairly easy weekend project for any do it yourself er who has typical shop tools and some basic carpentry knowledge. This project can be stained or finished in any color you like.
