I would describe myself as the kyusha head someone who loves all things cars someone who yearns for an late 90's early 2000's renaissance someone who accepts all car enthusiast's from all walks of life except for sideshow people cringe ricers from TikTok and Ford truck owners but I'm pretty cool with the Chevy caddy and Pontiac and Mopar guys from 40-70 years ago and I love to discover different motorsports disciplines
I would definitely call myself a clean and daily car enthusiast, but I would also call myself a mix of clean and collector car enthusiast when it comes to modded NFS games.
I like to drive weird and unusual cars not always fast or powerful but I always get people asking hey what is that (currently driving a smart roadster with a whopping 70bhp)
@@TheRacingJoker I've always thought about doing a swap on my roadster nothing crazy power wise. Just a shame I'm limited to very few choices(it being rear engined and all limits the ideas)
I'm a hodge podge of several, I actually prefer to have a few different builds but finances put a damper on that dream, I like tasteful modified factory deal, no body mods that were not originalish I have a 95 sn95 mustang gt fortunately the factory cobra and cobra R models have all the body mods I'd ever want, the cobra nose cover 👍, cobra R cowl hood is really tall the saleen rear spoiler is killer the 18" cobra R wheels are sexy AF, basically some extra umph under the hood wheels and tires and exhaust many 2" drop and your dialed I'm still working towards those mods I have exhaust and wheels/tires, I sounds fast..., but also I still love a street driven hot rod, I have a ratty 92c1500 with 295s on all 4 corners, cowl hood, ratchet shifter, 2500 stall warmed over SBC with a choppy cam dual 3" axl dumped exhaust n so on and I drove that every day for years, I tossed a $20 bill in every day for a 30 mile round trip to work n back and thought easily well worth it, and I love driving a fun car daily why wouldn't you...., the only thing that keeps me from driving a fire breathing monster is $$$$. I actually can NOT figure out why anyone thats into cars would drive a mundane lameo people mover for their "daily" it can't be fuel economy because there's plenty of cool GT cars that are fairly cheap and reliable can pull off 30 mpg+ on the highway and well over 20 around town. My ol lady's used kia soul was $18k you can buy a MINT low milage sn95/new edge mustang gt/ cobra or late 90s to mid 2000s SS/z28 Camaro or ws6 trans am for well under $20k, there all super reliable easy and cheap to repair get really good fuel economy and when the mood strikes FAST! Why wouldn't you go that route.... The comedian fluffy just bought his teenage dream car a 1994 immaculate Lazer red saddle top an interior cobra convertible that had always been stored in a climate controlled garage he paid something like a pittyly $15k for it and it had THIRTEEN miles on it!!! It's literally brand new. He didn't even have to do anything to it he topped off the tank and was off....It's on a newer episode of Jay Leno's garage. Or for that money he could have bought a fair condition 4cyl camery.... 🤔. When I drove my truck every day I the summer I would look forward to my commute, it was the highpoint of my day, sitting there chopping away on a warm summer early morning...pure heaven! And then would be smiling ear to ear after punching out and jump in my truck hearing that truck start up and idle. That 92 hot rod truck gets attention and comments everywhere it goes and its cool and sounds beef but it's rough around the corners, meanwhile these guys with manicured beard, realtree hat $100 Oakley's in a $100, 000+ lifted duramax and to most there Invisible! No one cares there nothing special there everywhere.... I love it!
I’ve noticed that clean cars are definitely in right now. Solid colours, simple designs and tasteful performance mods are the standard for a well liked build!
Im not sure what i would fall into. Got the fully re-engineered car for fun/track and i got the lightly modified car for the daily. Though i swear ive had less actual problems out of the race car than the daily..All of the downtime ive had with the "race car" is because i can't seem to stop building it. The daily tends to actually break stuff lol. My 2 cars are my fully built all-motor 3000gt and the daily is an Evox with a cat-back, intake, intercooler piping, ams intercooler and a boost controller.
@@TheRacingJoker for me its been the clutch has been the main culprit. I've had it pull the throw out bearing out of the pressure plate, Split the master cylinder open and started leaking fluid inside the car. Blows the clutch hose off the master cylinder once every like 6 months. I really gotta get the Maperformance clutch master for this car. The oem one is straight trash. Its a plastic master cylinder were the main clutch hose is held on by a little wire clip and sealed with a rubber o-ring. Just normal use will blow the o-ring and start dumping brake fluid all over the car. And because the clutch master and brake master share the same resevoir if your clutch leaks your also going to lose your brakes.
@@az_3kgt714 not what I was expecting! I wonder if it would be better to use HTG parts to swap in a better transmission and just run that. Like an 8 speed or a 7 speed DCT.
