The best singer in the world 🌎 ❤️ 💙 ♥️ 💕 💖 🌎 ❤️ 💙 ♥️ 💕 💖 🌎 ❤️
Britt I had the pleasure of seeing him live in 1973. He was more handsome in person than any picture I ever saw. I had to be held back from rushing the stage. I’ve been to a lot of concerts, but his was the best! Love him~ What a man……
Wow, you were lucky one. You must have some pic or videos, right? Provide us with some, pleaseeeee😮😊❤
No pictures! This was in the early seventies. No cell phones.
You are one of the luckiest people ever.
Britt, you MUST watch “in the Ghetto”
my friends went that yr
Can i make a suggestion? You should do a reaction on Elvis' song Just Pretend. You won't be disappointed.
Oh YES!
Yup…the live 1970 Vegas version.
One of my favorites ❤def the 1970 version.
"What Now My Love" (the best version) is the one you have to hear/see💥💯 (little demonstration of the strength combined with emotion his voice could deliver).....like so many performances Absolute GOAT💯
Yes, she can wail to that one. Keep the tissues nearby. Nice love song.
Elvis was a gift from God , he was on earth to make a difference . His legacy will live forever ❤️
Great reaction !!! Elvis was just untouchable!!!! Never will there be another entertainer of that caliber.
I'm glad to see the younger generation get to know Elvis and his ballads and love songs and especially gospel songs which are his roots. And I'm glad to see that you love music as much as he did and the beauty of it. Elvis was the best music machine God ever made
Thanks Britt! I love You
JUST CRAZY that his LIVE STUFF sounds like it was recorded in a MODERN DAY DIGITAL MUSIC STUDIO! The man's voice was beyond the pale. IMPOSSIBLE to duplicate and seats him above all the other music legends in my opinion. He was just SO GOOD at emitting emotion and passion. Nobody can teach that. You have to be BORN WITH THAT. You can go to the most elite music school you want, aint gonna duplicate EP, or what he did. None of us can duplicate that.
A song is never the same once Elvis sings it.
You are exceptional dear. Follow your heart ❤️. You definitely have the talent. Cheers!
I great song, one of the first I remember hearing Elvis sing. Ronnie Tutt was amazing on the drums.
I can no longer finds a singer like ELVIS my Idol even in looks no one can compete him being the most handsome and most charming EVER specially when he smiles...The best of the best.
Our family is from Kentucky and I was riding somewhere with my uncle in the late 70s. This song came on the radio and after a bit he told me that on his way back from Vietnam this song came on the airplane sound system. I could only imagine the emotions he felt.
Elvis just had IT!!!.. His voice just brings you in... end of story.. Mic drop
Oh yeah, like this song so much. All album ”from Elvis in Memphis” is a hit in my opinion. Mom bought it back in the 60s when I was a little boy. Played this album over and over, and still 55 years later it is ev better. Oh Elvis…🥰😎
On top of his voice, looks, stage presence, feel for the music, etc., he was also an amazing storyteller. The total package
He definitely paints a clear picture you can visualize perfectly.
Among many other talents and interests, Elvis was a student of marshal arts. In fact, many of his later stage outfits would be modeled on the traditional "gi" or karate uniform. So that little "shout" at the end was more or less what is called a "kiai", which is intended to focus a person's energy on whatever they're doing. In the case of Elvis, being the consummate performer, he undoubtedly struck a karate pose at the end of the song and let loose with his kiai to the adulation of his fans. That's just Elvis bein' Elvis!
ABSOLUTELY CORRECT...
Love love Elvis will never get enough played Elvis on my tablet for mom when she was on a ventilator she tapped hand and feet keeping to beat religious music and I will always be grateful to him that comfort and peace as she went to meet our maker thank you Elvis
Kentucky Rain was written by the late great Eddie Rabbitt.
Eddie is worth reacting to as well. He had some great songs including; “Every Which Way but Loose,” “Step by Step,” and “I Love a Rainy Night.”
YUP
oh yeah "I love a rainy night"
Also You and I which played at my wedding!
Perfection! I love you, ELVIS PRESLEY, still to this day! ❤
God sent him with incredible gifts..
I'm from Kentucky and I had an uncle who owned a general store that he's singing about. So good. And, Kentucky does have cold rain.
Not sure what I enjoy more! His fantastic voice or your brilliant facial expressions 😂 love them. Don't stop.
One of my very favorite Elvis songs!!! ❤❤❤❤❤
Love your posts you nail his appeal and talent well done you
Thank you, Britt! This is actually the first time that I've heard this live version. Elvis was a master at conveying emotion in his songs and I'm glad that you pick this up.
It’s pretty rare this exists. His KY rain live performances are pretty rare.
@@colton2680 Yeah, first time I have heard this live that I remember
An Often Overlooked MUST HEAR Classic,, Elvis Presley "Clean Up Your Own Backyard"...TRUST ME!!
I just want you to bring him back incarnate, with his own fountain of youth. It’s what he needs to have if you bring him back, so we can REALLY ENJOY his whole persona. We don’t want to miss a second of the electric phenomenon that was Elvis. So glad we at
least have the videos;
but they just push you into wanting his whole, corporeal body. 😢❤ Love you, Elvis
His tone!!! Chills! Still obsessed!!❤❤❤❤
Yessssss🎤🔥🎼❤...TCB⚡
That is my favourite Elvis song ever I sang it at the metropole and the Centenary a few times
And now I am in love with this beautiful woman
Tom Petty met Elvis Presley when he was a child, and it changed his life.
"I never heard him yell like that before." Yes. Elvis was a black belt and frequently did fighting moves on stage. In fact, there was an incident once where a fan rushed the stage. He knocked them down with a karate kick so security could take care of the rest.
He understood the meaning of the message in a song. He also had a great talent to convey that to the listeners.
Elvis puts his all into his songs.
As time goes on, the doubters now know what the hype was really about! Austin Butlers movie brought Elvis's greatness back to life.
It doesn’t matter what that man did or sings. He just drips sexy
This one of my favorite Elvis songs. 😁
Britt, Elvis was popular in my life and everyone else even the guys loved Elvis. but from 1st grade thru high school and 11 yrs thru my marriage til he passed in 1977 he just always had a song ...
Britt, I am very new to your channel. I am 67 years old, I am very glad that you appreciate one of, if not the greatest voices we have had in the USA. Kentucky rain is always a tear jerker for me, it really shows off the emotion of what Elvis was going through. Thank you for your comments about Elvis. I am very happy some of you younger people understand and appreciate some of the greatest music in history. By the way, I think you are very very cute to look at.
One of my favorite Elvis songs along with his last number one hit 'Suspicious Minds'. (1969)
I hope u do more Elvis - after all he recorded nearly 800 songs & his songs as u know are fantastic & they don't even have to be "PDC songs" elvis made EVERY song SOUND Great
well, just consider this. i was born in the '50's, so i was able to see just about all his movies at the theater and to see him, in his younger and cutest days, singing and dancing on the big screen.
I just love you when you do Elvis my main man l just can’t get enough of his voice thanks so much for sharing you reaction
It's why he's the King. Elvis could make you feel everything he was feeling, every emotion, all the sadness and all the joy. All these years later, I finally understand why my mom loved him so much.❤
What Now My Love - Aloha 73, Three octave range jump at the end will blow the socks off your feet! ✨
One of my favorite songs of his🎼🎼🎼💜🥰
This song is just so good. It is really cool that you can appreciate great music. I think many in this generation just don't know what they have missed out on.
He recorded this originally in the American studios in Memphis with some gorgeous tracks including, "Any Day Now", also my favorite " Without Love"(there is nothing". That one will tear your heart out. "Only the Strong Survive". And another seldom heard, " I was Born ten thousand years ago". A rouser. Thank you once again for your special reactions. Be Blessed
👑KING of music 👑🎵🎼🎵🎶🎵🎼🎶🎵
This was always one of my favorite Elvis songs.

Thanks for the great reaction to my favorite Elvis song.
A beutifule song from a beutifule sol angel singer.Elvis the king.❤❤❤
Such a brilliant vocalist, very underrated in my opinion.
Too Sushi and you are two best youtubers on Elvis...the drum beats were the sounds of thunder 🎉
Cold, not old Kentucky rain. Listen to "All I needed was the rain ".
One of my favorite songs from him. The guy could sing anything, any genre.
The piano player is Ronnie Milsap, an excellent singer and musician in his own right. Elvis asked him to make the piano Thunder and you can feel it. Great songs to get started with would be …
It Was Almost Like a Song
Smokey Mountain Rain
I Wouldn’t Have Missed It for the World
Stranger in My House
Daydreams About Night Things
Lost in the 50’s Tonight
my newest favorite reactor love the way you seem to make the old song seem new
My mama used to play this song to me when I was a baby
Hello 👋...such a beautiful song...I listen Elvis and Dimash every day ❤️ Greetings from Italy
Wonderful review. Love that you were able to appreciate this arrangement and the layers and in the background. This is not only my favorite Elvis song, it’s my favorite song of all time. So glad you enjoyed it.
This in my top three favorite Elvis songs.
I could listen to Elvis reading a Chinese menu! Someone once said add you know it’s true… Looking for you… In the cold Kentucky rain!
Thank you ❤❤❤
This beautiful production and mature song are reflective of the direction Elvis took after his 1968 "comeback" (from making movies and soundtrack songs). He went to Memphis and began recording with the excellent producer Chips Moman. The results were new classics like "In the Ghetto," 'Suspicious Minds," "The Wonder of You," "Don't Cry, Daddy" and this one, among others. It was a very fertile time for Elvis between 1968 and 1972 or so. He faltered a bit after that due to health reasons but then finished strong with the Moody Blue album (and title single).
My fav Elvis song
it's in my top 10, for sure!
Crazy seeing women still fall in love with Elvis. So adorable.

Written by the great singer and songwriter Eddie Rabbit. Many great songs from him!!
I love your reactions! I ❤️ Elvis, too. Seems like whenever I listen to other music for a few minutes, I have to get back to him. Why listen to the rest, when you can listen to the best? Thanks for this one.👍💖⚡️🔥
I'm with you Britt there's not enough words to express how gorgeous he was I was Blessed to get to see him December of 76 he was amazing! I just wish I could have gotten to the stage but I was in the lower balcony😩 love me some Elvis😘😍❤❤ I love your reactions I see it didn't take you long to become an Elvis fan🤗 thank you for keeping his memory alive🙏💖

Hey Brit
I love watching your reactions
You have a very beautiful smile that just lights up the room
Listening to Elvis and seeing your beautiful smile
Makes my day
Thank you for keeping Elvis alive
With Elvis you can't go wrongm
I was born in 1953, and had teenage brothers and a sister, so some of my earliest memories are of the Elvis mania that swept the country starting in 1956. Him, Buddy Holly, and Sam Cooke were the most popular singers of that era. In around 1960 "The Twist" came along and that was the next "thing" that swept the country.
I remember a photographer at school called me Elvis Presley when I was about 6 or 7 to get me to smile. I never felt so proud.
Please do studioversion! Please! Blows your mind with it's beauty!!!❤❤❤🇫🇮
I love your reactions to Elvis. Trust me, back in the day, we all did or had the same reactions. He was one beautiful man. I'm surprized you haven't mentioned his curled up lip. He was so sexy and that curled up lip was so cute. His only child, Lisa Marie, died recently i think after the first of the new year and she was the spitting image of him and could sing too.Google them singing together. She really didnt but after his death she had him singing and had her singing with him somehow superimposed together. Check it out.
Great reaction! It’s so awesome that you can feel what he projects. There are too many that can’t. This is that magic that is Elvis. One of my favorite songs by him, written by another favorite, Eddie Rabbit. You should listen to Step by Step by Eddie Rabbit, it’s a beautiful song
One of Elvis song that hit home with me was a song “my boy”. Raising 3 boys hit my heart hard. Not to mention Elvis belting out a few notes. Yes the ones that give gooses bumps. Like to see you react. 😉
Don't know if you've ever got the chance to visit Kentucky - but it's beautiful. Especially right after a rain or waking up and catching the dew on the hills with the sun waking up with you.
I 🫶 Elvis too...love your love for him❣️
I'd love for you react to I'm leaving!
It's different, but just amazing!!!!
Thanks!!!!
Thanks for the Elvis journey! So fantastic! 🙂
Elvis recorded this during his landmark two-week sessions at American Sound Studio in Memphis, which provided material for two hit albums in 1969: From Elvis In Memphis and From Memphis to Vegas / From Vegas to Memphis. "Kentucky Rain" didn't make the cut for either album, but was added to the 2000 re-release of From Elvis In Memphis.
One of Elvis's greatest recordings honey!
Darealdeal
You are always so good at pointing out various different things about Elvis, though in your own particular and cute way. As his voice differed from other singers, still influencing other artists today, especially w/what might be called that 'Elvis attitude.' He also had complete mastery of his vocal technique and his tone was one of the most recognizable things about the way he sang. His vocal range was deep and rich, yet he amazingly could also do a beautiful falsetto and hit high Cs that opera singers would envy. While I think it's his unique vibrato that impacts you most.
His phrasing was also impeccable as he incorporated a sense of yearning, vulnerability and authenticity all in one voice, which few others are able to do. Stretching and squeezing words in a way that gave his singing a rhythmic quality that made it sound more like spoken word poems, at times, than traditional singing. He was also great at adding unexpected stops and breaths to his acts, which made them more dramatic and intense. When ultimately, Elvis’ singing always had a feeling of freedom and creativity which is why so many people consider him to be the greatest singer of all time.
You need to check out Elvis 1970 Live singing 'Just Pretend'. Get those tissues ready.
Hi Britt, I am so enjoying your ELVIS reactions, your knowledge of music is very exceptional , you have a very beautiful voice and ELVIS gives everything in his music , he makes you feel just like he's singing just to you , and hey , that was his intentions, always put on the greatest show , like it's the first time , his motto, these people paid good money to come to the show , we've got to do it like it is the first time , Everytime,, and he never lets you down , I noticed that the comment above said you should react to Elvis singing Just Pretend , my number one choice for you as well, I know that you are going to be More in Love with this beautiful man even more after hearing that song , thank you Britt, TCB 1935, oh , I have a great ELVIS song for you to react to , it's called Loving Arms , no concert video , pics only , that's all you'll need , I promise you will Love 💞 the song . You need to react to Elvis singing What Now My Love from the Aloha From Hawaii rehearsal. I mean you really need to.
