What would you recommend for a commercial restaurant or a gas station? where people are going in and out constantly opening the door. 4,000 square foot space in Arkansas
Depends on comfort and what part of Cali… in the desert above 110F in the summer I’d go DZ5, 7, or 9, but under that Daikin Fit DZ6 is our go to for most climates
I live in a 3000 square feet house built in 1983 in Chicagoland suburbs. The house is a little quirky par for an 80s house, so duct is updated. Are these the best units money can buy with my house, or are there even better residential high-end units from another manufacturer?
Depends what you’re trying to do you can always get fancy with things and do zoned VRV systems like VRV life. This basically combines multiple head units or cassettes or air handlers with one outdoor unit so it’s nice because you can heat and cool a certain area of your home when you don’t need the central air on at night when you’re sleeping for example.
Everything under warranty but the labor, of course. If these units were so good, labor should be included in the warranty. This would make the manufacturer really stand by their products 😂😂😂

Love your videos, thanks. Is Daikin DZ6VS 5 T or DZ9 5 T better for the CA climate for a 3100 sq f house?

3.5 ton available ?
On most of these no because they’re modulating so you’ll round up if needed

Labor is on the contractor we cover it for 3 years and have an extended warranty available, most people find it fair
