Stairmaster is so hard for no reason. You should try maxing the incline on the treadmill. 2mph-3mph is enough but if ur crazy u can go up to 4mph - incline matters more than speed. It’s 100 calories every ten minutes I do ~40 minutes for 400 calories with water fountain breaks every 10m. Susie isn’t doing this for fat loss but anyone who is interested in fat loss should get on the keto/carnivore diet (nearly synonymous) just eat animal products (proteins) and fats. On a keto diet you lose 1 pound per day if you don’t exercise, and 2 pounds per day if you do exercise because every calorie you spend while “in ketosis” is a calorie of fat that is being burned in your body. And it begins with visceral fat which is the unhealthy fat that wraps around your organs and is likely to cause health problems! Just be mindful about gallstones and high fat means more bile production so whenever I poop bile I go “carb day carb day it’s time to get carbs in me” and eat however I want before returning to losing weight again. I was 255 on New Years dieting AND exercising best I could but still only really 220 by July 10th. It is now October 1st and I’m 174 on a carb day not scared about weight gain and knowing I can edit my avatar whenever I want to. The keto diet has been such a game changer-I deeply require a need for control and my weight has always felt like something I would never be able to control but the high fat diet gave me back my satiety and knowing I choose when I burn fat makes me feel like I can do anything I ever put my mind to.

And the ad with the curvy girl holding the OG XXXL t-shirt, it looks like they are trying to hide her behind the T-shirt. It says "the oversized tee is perfect for if your just starting out at the gym" hellllooo anyone can wear an oversized tee.
@@Wholovesredpandas even if you are dealing with some self hatred, I think working out can help heal that in many ways. I don't think it has to come from a place of "self love" but just want to better yourself.

That depends if you’re doing it to lose weight, because working out does absolutely nothing if you’re only focusing on weight. If you’re doing it to be HEALTHIER, there’s nothing wrong with that 😂 Trying tone up and get outside more. nothing wrong with that. going to the gym to work off the 60 Ibs you just gained because you’re fat and you don’t like it, that’s wrong. It is day 13 for me and I cannot believe how far I have come in just 2 weeks. I thought I couldn't do more than 5 minutes on the stairmaster before this. Today I went 48 minutes on levels 5-7 and I never would've tried it if I hadn't watched this video. I think I actually like the stairmaster now??! You inspired me so much. Thank you!
I'm really jelous how you have the confidence to go into a gym. I feel so confused even walking by the door, so I'm so so respectful of people that just go and have fun. Also as your usual videos it is entertaining AF.
I do the stair climber every other day at the gym for over 6 months and I’m addicted. I started at 25 minutes and now I’m up to 65 minutes so keep at it you’re doing great. When I’m done I look like I jumped in a pool.
I’m so glad to see another girlie who sweats. My family is a bunch of sweaty freaks and it’s always been such an insecurity of mine. I’m 30 now and just starting to feel ok with my sweaty gym self.
