hii, I want to get abs and small waist line without loosing weight and if possible want to gain a bit and I'm planning on doing full body strength training as I only did abs workout and little cardio before. can u please tell whether I should completely avoid cardio or do it once a week??

really enjoyable and fun workout - although i found there were a lot more ads than usual and not in good points during the workout... it's not so great if you are down on your stomach and have to jump up to press "skip ad"!
Joanna I wanted to ask you something about the runners stitch….like I get it so so much and it ruins my whole jogging or workout 😢😢😢😢😣😣😖😖😫 how to get rid of it??like the stabbing pain you get under your ribs and abdomen….i have also tried proper warm up but it’s not helping

I love cardio and bodyweight workouts - NO dumbells. If you could do a NO squat/lunge HIGH impact (not low) workout please that would be great 👍🏻Some people can still jump but can’t do those squats if their knee twinges 😊
I do 10-12% incline walking on treadmill at 3mph 5 days a week for 30 mins and working full body lifting 12 reps for 3 sets that's except crunches which is very hard for me haha. Also planks 3 min for 3 x per week. I read that women can only do 3 x a week with this difficult task in the gym. You think it's a risk for me to do that? I need advice from professional as I don't have a personal trainer. TIA 😊
