I can attest that the ego work/undoing can be done without the drugs. For me it took years and ongoing willingness, surrender, discipline, A Course in Miracles, and the 12 Steps I have had a complete transformation and found peace. Thank you Dr. Lyon for all the content that you generously provide :)!

OMG ! No wonder why I am the way I am, I had six kids (well, not all by myself I have some good help, haha). "Sleep", is that like a bio hack? (haha) I do a lot of things to better my health, I have always preferred, "an apple a day" & now also, "a steak a day" ;) (grass fed only of course ). I admit that sleep has always been at the bottom of the list, not necessarily by choice . On rare occasions when left to myself, I will sleep 10 hours & gosh, it feels good ! Now I know why. I usually only sleep 6 - 7 hours. Now I'm gonna say, "my doctor has prescribed to me straight sleep, so don't call me, don't text me, don't look for me, don't knock on my door, ..... .
Thank you both for all that you do for us .

A bit hard to understand names of supplements and what they do. It would be helpful just to take a show to talk about each therapy and explain it a bit more simply.

Does the enclomophine not affect the eyes like Clomid does?

Is clomid and clomifene are the same or different medications? If different, how so? (I.e. Different generic/brand names or chemical difference?)

I was surprised that I wasn't subscribed to your channel, but then I started watching it and realized that I was at one point but I couldn't stand all of the ads that you have 🤷 appreciate the information but I just say no to liking and subscribing when I know you're getting your money from somewhere else

There used to be a time when the average person who wanted to improve themselves could actually learn something from listening to Dr. Lyon. Now it seems all she is interested in is treating military and ex military guys who hit the gym 3 times a week or more and stuff themselves with supplements.
I actually think muscle centric medicine makes sense but this doesn't seem to be as important to her if you are just an average person trying to do a little to improve yourself. Too bad ❗

      Agree!
Learned nothing about 'Rest & Recovery'...which was what the thumbnail was supposedly all about.🙄
