Say what you want about this movie, but you can’t deny Michael Keaton did not lose his touch as Batman
I love the movie. It's a movie. Someone's stupid decisions should not impact a movie. Suspending disbelief.

Like if you hired a serial killer for something then what they have done isn’t enough to consider someone else. Kind of like saying “Yeah we know you did these things but it’s okay because what we want is more important and while we are at it we will reward you.”(In case you get confused, that is a radical example to explain what the first sentence means.)

This shows us how Tim Burton’s Batman movies would be if he had this technology back in the late 80s to early 90s. Michael Keaton steals the show in every scene of the movie.
To be fair it's technically not necessary for Batman to do moves that a stuntman could not have done back then since Batman is not a meta human .

@@CalebJacobs762 You apparently missed the Post Credit Scene where Bruce was in a coma for a while after that fight, wakes up, gets up, goes back to the Batcave, and him and his dogs just so happen to catch Terry McGinnis breaking into the Batcave.

The second I heard that rendition of Danny Elfman’s score and Michael Keaton’s Batman kicking-ass made it feel like it was 1989 all over again.

I like the bulletproof cape idea. That pose was an iconic part of Keaton's "Batman" idiom, and I like how they worked that into the choreography this way.

@@kadencastro8168as good as batfleck is, he has limits, he didn't master the use of his gadgets like this Batman, also he's aerial game is almost non existent and as you can see this Batman can lift soldiers with equipment like nothing, also batfleck is to slow in his fight in the warehouse got cornered and stabbed also he need to take out the weapons first to engage them , this one didn't care at all, also this Batman survived a crash in the batwing like nothing, so as impressive as batfleck is he just won't stand a chance against this Batman in his prime, in this fight he has 70 years old, imagine that.

Warehouse was great, but this was better. Batfleck took too long to beat street goons. BatKeaton mopped the floor with Russian ops.

Upon re-watching this film a few times, I've come to conclude that this is NOT a "sequel" to the Burtonverse Batman, it's an AU of the Snyderverse Batman.

That scene with the batarangs with the rope reminds me of an action figure i had where a batarang came from the waist with a string that retracted. I wonder if that was a nod to that action figure.

The fight team must definitely have played the Arkham games; we saw the batclaw slam but with a spin kick and the reverse batarang too.
In a perfect world we'd have gotten an entire movie with just Keaton back as Batman like this. With just those few scenes he reminded us how fucking cool and perfect he is as Batman.

Bullet dodging is so cool. The part where he narrowly moves Barry’s head out of danger is awesome. When batman fights it looks sped up. They must have tweaked these fight scenes in the editing room because Batman is fighting like a super soldier. Throwing grown men into glass windows etc, kicking/punching looks hyper-stylised. Reminds me of Captain America the first avenger when he fights hydra soldiers or Watchmen when rorsharch, night owl, silk spectre and ozymandias fight.
