When I saw this thumbnail, I didn't need any more convincing. I used the name brand instead of Walmart, though. AND I DIDN'T USE MUSTARD. I tried mustard ONCE. Luckily, I didn't pour it all over the fries.
Thanks for the quick tutorial for frozen fries. I also have a Cosari, and they only give instructions for fresh fries. Mustard? I live in Quebec, and standard french fry condiments are vinegar, ketchup or mayo. I save the mustard for the 'chien chaud' (hot dogs)! 😃
@yikes7607 Yes, NO OIL Air fryers go from room temp to 400 degrees in 3 minutes Every thing in the video (Except for Mustard) is how you do it. They are crispy and depending on how you choose to season them, are restaurant quality.
@@TBirum1 Thanks! I had tried my air fryer in the meantime, I just preheated the thing for 3 minutes at 200°C like the instructions said and then threw the frozen french fries into it, cooked for 20-25 minutes with no oil, gave them a shake a couple of times during that time, and they turned out great. Best thing I ever bought 🤩 But I also noticed some things to be mindful of, like the vapour from the water that was in the frozen potatoes, it startled me when I went to give them a shake hehe And I did try frying some frozen pastries in it but once they defrosted in there they became soft and ruptured as I went to turn them and it was a mess. So there's definitely a learning curve depending on what we cook in there. I also heard that with pastries we have to perforate them with a needle to release pressure so they don't explode... Little things like that. But overall I love how the air fryer is quick and uncomplicated :D PS: I no longer pre-heat before dumping in the fries, I just add 2-3 extra minutes to the cooking time and I found they cook just fine. The reason is that preheating the thing with nothing inside was giving off a weird smell like burned materials, so I no longer pre-heat.
@@yikes7607 yes I absolutely love mine, so simple and I use Reynolds foil to line the bottom of my air fryer when doing things like chicken wings, they come out great (all kinds of recipes for wings/beef jerky etc etc, (but search around on UA-cam because some channels that use air fryers are better than others) anyway, the reason I use the foil to line the bottom is, makes clean up a snap, remove the chicken wings/beef jerky, then remove the foil wrap which has caught all the juices, and throw it away! NO CLEANUP!
U got it!! Ur like! And this was a great short video straight to the point answering all my questions in a minute!!! Thank u, this comment is probably longer than ur short video😂👍✌️👀
Plz all This fries is mixed with h canola oil the ingredients ! I thought I was doing the right thing feeding my kid .. can’t we cut freez and cook as in fresh
You can cut your own potatoes, soak in cold water for 20-30 minutes to help remove the starch, toss in a tablespoon worth of olive oil till chips are coated, then season and cook for 25 odd minutes or until you're happy lol at 200c
Better read up on Acrylamide cancer before buying a air fryer ? Beside , food taste much better in oil VS air fryer..... hands down ! You have been warn ⚠️ !
WTH are you all talking about. I know lots that put mustard on chips. Are you all so backward you think it’s only for hot dogs? As for mayo - what do most of you think aioli is that you can get at chip shops.
Bro dipped his fries in plain mustard. He cannot be trusted.
LMFAO 😂
lol
Have ya ever tried em?? Yummy!😊
Maybe it was Burger Sauce......

I ended up frying them for a couple hours since I wasn’t happy
You can spray a thin layer of cooking oil over them before airfrying so it won’t be too sad!
@@grapeskunk4003 I love you
😂 Especially if you fried them for a COUPLE HOURS 🫣🤭😄
that better be honey mustard bro
I put the fries into the airfryer 2 years ago its still inside since u said until ur happy
Destiny brought us together.....I like to dip 🍟 in mustard 😊
Same😂😂😂
To confirm, no oil at all? It preheats totally dry? And no oil even on the fries?
Preheating takes 5 minutes?
@yikes7607

Now that you got out the tray the heat is lost so you start from the beginning ....😊

I’m literally going to discard everything I learned in this video over that.

What do you think air fryers are for
i like making my own sause using mutard, ketchup and mayonese
I gave you a like od the details and captaions though i don't agree with the time and heat
Ketchup does not belong on fries . Mayo does 😻
Thank you I didn’t want to ask for help!😅

Good Job
Okay dijon or brown mustard is good on fries for sure, but YELLOW??? ARE YOU NUTS?
Mine was soggy.. Why??
Was the potatoes still frozen?
@@toluwalasezipporah7473 the unit was broken. Fan doesn't turn
Put on oil on them?
I was thinking that, otherwise they just get dry! Spray oil on them during one of the shaking sessions. Plus 10 minutes should be long enough, really.
Plz all
