    The partner concept is genius. Instead of letting someone make their own first impression of you, have someone else make it for them! Great stuff, love the networking advice. It’s an underappreciated subject.

    This is second nature. Selective follow up is key, as there are many takers that won't reciprocate, even over time. Just make sure you're in the right room to begin with. Time is irreplaceable. Thanks.

      All over the country there are Real Estate Groups that meet once a month, those are great to go to. Additionally, charity events, political fundraising events, entrepreneurship events at universities are all great events to get your foot in the door. Then you can ask for other events from there

    Sounds great, but in reality very few people will be willing to reciprocate after you have given to them. They will take and take and not give back when it is your turn.
