I love that u genuinely feel the way ur supposed to feel. Most lets players ive seen in this game rush through the beginning and dont realize how screwed it is
I remember the day this game released, back in 2013. I worked that day, so after work, I drove myself to Gamestop to pick up my preorder, having already played Bioshock 1 and 2(the former being my top game of the 7th generation to this day). When I got home and played through, the moment I saw Columbia, I was in awe. The devs worked so insanely hard to make this 360 game look SO beautiful in its visuals. Its a shame the gameplay took such a hard hit as a result...
It holds up pretty well even on last generation also I'm surprised 360 also look that good?🤔 I remember digital foundry made a comparison between x360 and ps3 of this game and ps3 has a better fps, shading, color and so on? Idk either way a good game
There is something inherently funny about a streamer that keeps saying: "Ew don't look at me" every time a NPC in the game looks at her, While a massive amount of people are looking at her playing the game.

As I'm playing this yet again I search for new playthroughs. I like your avoidance for spoilers and help but I hope the next vids you either worked out the menu system and how vigor upgrades worked or some let you know. Also you went from searching everywhere at the start to missing loads of areas and goodies towards the end of the session. Anyway I'm off to part 2 to see how you got on.
A beautiful game. Has such deep meaning too. We often have nostalgia for a simpler time, yet this game shows us that with the good, the whimsy, the spirituality, right there along side it the darkness was still there just as it always has been
This is my favorite game, and I love watching others experience it for the first time because it lets me experience it through their eyes. Not to derail this play through but as to your comment about religions saying they're the only way, Jesus specifically says in John 14:6 "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me" Either he is who he says he is, or he isn't, there is no other way to look at it. Hope you enjoy this game as much as I did.
After delving more into voice actors over the last few years, I love picking out voice actors from games i played years before I knew about them. I can pick Laura Bailey's voice a mile off now

That's exactly the point when I stopped and closed the video. I can't hear this pseudo-feministic overreacting anymore. I'm a straight white man and a feminist in the classic way. All people are equal to me, no matter which sex or gender or color. That's why I'm annoyed when those 'new' feminists are coming along and blame everything on straight white men like me. It's bullshit. Sooo tired of it...
Can you streamers stop adding these streamed videos to UA-cam or at least add it in the title that this was streamed? These videos are extremely annoying
In the video description it says this was broadcasted live on Twitch, the bio of my channel says these are twitch vods, and the channel is called DapperDameVODs. I'm sure how much clearer I can be.

@dapperdamevods I'm looking for a lets play where the player isn't constantly greeting people, talking to people in their chat, donation sounds and twitch sounds which completely destroy the in-game atmosphere.
Your reaction to the beginning was definitely what mine was too especially the "Can we not be lead by a straight white man for once?" And seeing all the cult stuff in the starting church I too was like "Holy shit this is nuts!" Can't wait to binge this all!

Sometimes I get a bit tired of looking in every nook and cranny after a while, but the exploration I did make I had fun doing!

Very funny that in this case booker being white is reallly important but yeah there's a lot of other protagonist that do not need to be white dudes.
