If a streamer asks a viewer how she is and the viewer responds that her mother has died, the streamer should respond with empathy and support. The streamer can express their condolences and offer their support to the viewer, but should also respect the viewer's privacy and boundaries. The streamer can provide resources for the viewer to seek support, such as counseling services or grief support groups. It is important for the streamer to be respectful and understanding, and to provide support in a way that is appropriate and helpful to the viewer. Offering support and comfort to those who are grieving the loss of a loved one is an important aspect of being a good friend and a compassionate member of society. In many cultures and traditions, expressing condolences and offering support to those who are grieving is considered a fundamental part of being a good friend and a compassionate member of society. For example, in ancient Greek culture, it was common for friends and family members to offer support and comfort to those who were grieving. In many Indigenous cultures, offering support and comfort to those who are grieving is considered an important part of the grieving process. When it comes to providing support to others, it is important to consider their individual needs and boundaries. This means that we must be aware of our own needs and boundaries in order to be able to support others in a healthy and helpful way. By respecting the viewer's privacy and boundaries, the streamer can be a good friend to both the viewer and themselves. In addition, it is important for the streamer to be mindful of the power dynamic between themselves and the viewer. As Michel de Montaigne said, "We must always bear in mind that we are dealing with human beings, and that they are susceptible to our words and actions." The streamer holds a position of power and influence as a public figure, and their words and actions can have a significant impact on the viewer. By being mindful of this power dynamic and acting with empathy and respect, the streamer can support the viewer in a way that is helpful and not harmful. It is not appropriate for the streamer to tell the viewer that they are trauma-dumping if the viewer shares their personal situation, such as the death of their mother, with the streamer. "Trauma-dumping" refers to the act of overwhelming someone with a traumatic experience without their consent. This can happen when a person shares graphic or excessive details about their traumatic experience without considering the impact on the listener. In this situation, the viewer has voluntarily shared their personal situation with the streamer. They may want to talk about their grief and seek support from the streamer. It is the streamer's responsibility to respond with empathy and support, and to respect the viewer's privacy and boundaries. It is not necessarily a streamer's responsibility to offer condolences to a viewer who has shared personal information with them, such as the death of their mother. However, it is generally considered a compassionate and supportive gesture to offer condolences and support to someone who is grieving. By expressing empathy and offering support, the streamer can help the viewer to feel understood and supported. Furthermore, the streamer and the viewer may have a closer relationship than just strangers who are playing a video game on Twitch. Many streamers and viewers develop close relationships through their interactions on the platform. The viewer may consider the streamer to be a friend, and may expect the streamer to offer support and comfort in difficult times. In this case, it would be appropriate for the streamer to offer condolences and support to the viewer. In addition, offering condolences and support to a viewer who is grieving can be beneficial to the streamer as well. By providing support to others, the streamer can develop a sense of meaning and fulfillment, and can strengthen their relationships with their viewers. This can ultimately lead to a more positive and supportive community on the platform. In conclusion, while it is not necessarily a streamer's responsibility to offer condolences to a viewer who has shared personal information with them, it is generally considered a compassionate and supportive gesture to do so. By expressing empathy and offering support, the streamer can help the viewer to feel understood and supported, and can ultimately benefit from a more positive and supportive community on the platform.

Their mom died, and they went to watch the streamer for comfort. They are probably a long time fan since the streamer mentioned where they been. And felt comfortable talking about the death of their mom, thinking it’s a safe space, and got attacked by someone they came to for comfort. That’s so sad.
Idk, personally I think its on him because he asked the person a direct question about where they've been. Their answer was exactly what he was asking for, and he got it. It's on him. If you aren't prepared for someone to answer with bad news, don't ask the question to begin with. Dudes a tool, who apparently can't handle something as simple as a death in someone else's family. It doesn't effect him in any way, shape, or form yet he's acting like it was knowledge forced upon him when he's the one who asked the goddamn question. People like that annoy me to no fucking end. Same way the people who ask how you've been ONLY because they want to tell you their exciting news and don't even listen to what you might have to say. I generally just answer with some random nonsense to see if they are even paying attention...well truth be told I'm such a blunt asshole that very few people ever ask me how I've been, they already know the answer is going to be "in torturous pain 24/7 just like the last 10 years dipshit...what's new with you?" So instead they just hit me up to tell me their news without pretext...its honestly refreshing as hell because all of my interactions are genuine. Others may find it odd that I'm so short with people I care about, and that they don't ask about my wellbeing, but they all have the same understanding that if I have good news, I'll let them know, and if I dont...I won't bum them out with the daily details of being a disabled vet and watching the posturing of politicians and fools pretending to care about our wellbeing. If there's no news from me, it just means shit is the same.

Their mom died, and they went to watch the streamer for comfort. They are probably a long time fan since the streamer mentioned where they been. And felt comfortable talking about the death of their mom, thinking it’s a safe space, and got attacked by someone they came to for comfort.
That’s so sad.
This guy says suffer in silence
he coulda just said "damn man that sucks" and moved on but he WOULD NOT LET IT GO
Idk, personally I think its on him because he asked the person a direct question about where they've been.
OH BOY THIS IS THE CONTENT I SUSCRIBED FOR THANK YOU BIRDMAN
Nah his stream is the most important thing on the earth rn AND it's a friday night cant have some loser telling me their mom died after asking me what happened and where i've been
“Hey, that’s unfortunate, I hope it gets better”
Easy
"Damn that sucks. Can we get some love in the chat for [user]? Lets make this a fun stream and get your mind off it. Much love."
Done.
The camos is a visual glitch you can still do your camos
He brought the vibes WAY lower than she did
Someone’s projecting
this man is destroying people in cod while reacting to a streamers mental breakdown
Literally all bro had to say was “damn that’s tuff, I’m sorry to hear that” and all of this would have been avoided
what time do you normally stream at
These be the type of streamers that end up having a real mental breakdown and complains no one knows what’s going on in their life
Reminds me of the other time a streamer got upset cause someone said his stream got him through life and the guy went on a whole tirad
What a rude guy.
Im sorry of how random this is.. The videos game under description is wrong lol
let me catch my son shouting out sean ranklin
Genuinely curious your method to get bot lobbies, do you join a 2nd acct? Thats what i do
Yes, that is what he does. I believe it is, or was, called "Reverse Boosting".
I thought I was watching Optimus.
Birdman telling me to go into wings of redemption's chat when my mom dies for positive feedback
Everyone remember when he did a video a while back about a streamer losing his shit at a donor that said the streamer saved him from killing himself?
And he could have just said "I'm sorry for your loss" and maybe said something if she started spamming the chat with it. But he went straight to hostile energy
Oh man oh man.
Even his chat is socially inept, they agree with him
They made the riot shield a 3 hit instead of 2
I'm sure everyone's seen the clip of Doc when someone in the chat mentioned how his mom died and Doc gave one the most wholesome responses. If Doc, being one of the biggest streamers on the earth can react in a decent way there's no excuse for that joker
