Great builds. I like minion builds, and the beastmaster one makes it more engaged. I started a couple of days ago and trying to figure out which build to use for cycle starter
Sorcerer and meteor really needs a buff to get it to modern day's skill standards. It is slow, yet it doesn't deal high enough damage to justify it. Runemaster can cast spells that not only deals significantly more damage than meteor, they don't even have cast time or cooldown.
Awesome guide and delivered in a wonderful Scottish accent; lovely. My only downside is that if the devs are nerf addicts, as in D4, then most, or all these builds will be nerfed useless on game launch..
I'm so fucking happy I found this channel! My main character is a Lightning Blast Sorcerer, but I wanted to try the other two elements. I was gonna go with Ice, but since I already have all the Unique items mentioned, I'll just go with Fire. \o/ My issue will be the rest of the gear and loot filters, but that's a problem for future me! :)

Been trying the Necromancer, enjoying it a ton so far (lvl 39), but have a couple questions: 1. Any movement skill or ways to speed up my char? After playing rogue, I feel slow as hell now. 2. I am occasionally getting pummeled. Realized that skipping (postponing) on the Tower of Bones passives was a bit of a mistake, up to 3/4 now. Any other ways to improve defenses? 3. I am using Reach of the Grave, which MAY be giving me a huge boost. Any way to farm this on league start? or other alternatives?
Awesome and you have your teleport and movement speed on boots. Just try not to compare any other class to Rogue for movement speed or you'll generally be disappointed haha. wait a min,how TF am i supposed as a NEW PLAYER to farm Reach of the grave at lvl 5, drops from "the stolen lance" a lvl 100 boss...that i can kill after finishing "the last ruin" "the age of winter""spirits of fire" Probably me being stupid, but hard for me to see how a build using gear farmed by endgame character can be new player friendly....also the build uses ribbons of blood wich is a monolith boss drop and again i dont see a new player farming this on his low lvl necromancer...
This is a common rarity low level drop so you will very, very likely see it during the campaign and very early on as well (I've had these drop before I'm even level 5 on playthroughs). I mention where this can be focus farmed later on as when I don't I always get questions where to focus farm specific low level uniques. For Reach of the Grave specifically you wouldn't farm it from the boss. When you run a specific timeline in Empowered (with these builds you'll be able to do this at around level 70) you'll see specific unique nodes and they will be of a specific unique type. If it's boss specific instead I'll mention this. Ribbons of blood has 50/50 drop rate and the boss can be beaten around level 40 which will only take you a few hours to get to if you follow my XP video (If you don't it will be a few hours more). It's also essentially a unique you'll use at endgame as well so you get it very early considering this. The qualifier for these to be new player guides is broken down at start of video, very few uniques and the ones we use are easy to get being common drops, easy to play, easy to understand itemisation and they also do well at endgame. I will do specific levelling guides for each class at launch running over how you get from 1-80 and it sounds like that may be what you're wanting so if so look out for them.
yeah thx for the reply, as i said it may just be my ignorance having only played for a day ;) my necro is 27 and have found around 5 unique's none of wich i can use :) currently playing a void knight who has not found any uniques yet, made this one hardcore wich off course means i cant use the unique's i found on my necro, again my ignorance lol :) i will keep an eye out for the leveling guides, using maxroll atm but their necro leveling guide does not seem to revolve around a screen full of minions unfortunately :)@@TonyBingGaming
No worries. It sounds like you've had some bad luck so hopefully this will change soon! Necro wise my levelling guide is all about minions so you'll have a ton of them :)
Good job then they build the engine with a view to porting to console at a future date and having crossplay as well. Seems they're not that foolish or lazy.

I like black hole as well as it can be a nice 'oh shit' button for when you mess up and pull to many mobs. Just cc them and then call down meteor :)

Not really but I will have specific levelling guides for each mastery as well once we get 1.0 and skill changes settle.

With one exception they're all common so will be very easy to get. Uniques drop pretty often in the game.
