Just had to comment that this guys channel is tremendously better than most for two simple reasons. You can HEAR him smiling while talking, which is very rare. He is concise, yet very in depth with every explanation. All the games I’ve played that he has done a video on O can’t remember being misinformed. This is all very rare.

Definitely the best beginner guide I've ever watched, I play a lot of arpg's so not new, but you explain everything in a way that makes it easy to understand and at a pace that doesn't bombard you with facts 10 out of 10
For someone who has spent almost 100 hours in the beta, but hasn't played for a long time i can confirm, this guide is extremly amazing. Very well put together with very clean explaination. All in all just a incredible guide to an fantastic game, you just earned a sub ^^
I don't usually play a lot of ARPG's, but you solved every single doubt i had about playing this game. Amazing guide, you made me realize how really intuitive the systems are in this game. Path of exile made me feel overwhelmed and Diablo made me feel like there is not enough variety on builds i want to play, maybe Last Epoch is the ARPG for me
Last Epoch is the frist arpg I have picked up, as someone who really had no clue about the genre and everything that was involved, all I can say is wow! I bought it today but cant play until sunday. So ive been watching beginner guides and so far this is the best one! Im looking forward to crushing this game. I couldnt get into poe and d4 is just boring now. This one looks promising. I think the crafting looks great.
Excellent tutorial. Important tip! Which I may have missed you say. If you get to the faction selection on your first character before making another character, you’ll get to pick a faction right from the beginning on that new character. I went with the drop rate faction on a new character and get way better drops.

I have about 75 hours into the game now. Some of the crafting systems are extremely overwhelming. I waited forever before I learned even the basics, and now I'm trying to get the hang of the advanced stuff. So even 75 hours in, this video was helpful. Skipped some of The beginning of the video, but I picked up several very helpful tips from this video. Thanks for posting

What a solid beginners guide! The only thing I could possibly suggest as an improvement is to use those arrows where you point out the context of your speech a tad bit more. I did find myself pausing to follow what you're saying a couple of times (when in the gear section). This takes you from a 9.8 to a solid 10/10 though. Insane.
made it thru after I reached lvl 16 and glad I did as I learned a ton !!! Happy I did it early enough to not screw anything up. Thanks for a great guide!!!

i'm playing as a paladin and i use, Vengeance + healing hands = insanly fun combo to use, i will say that you can play how you like to play in last epoch, and how you use your skills and such. Good video overall so far i'm loving the game alot, i did take a small break to play other games as the server was having some problems xD Keep up the good work :)

Something you didn’t mention in your Mastery perk points section. If you have an ability selected as one of your 5 mastery’s to talent into, if it’s an ability that comes from having x amount of perk points in a mastery, it won’t let you respec points past where you would’ve lost that skill. So, says you have idk teleport and it takes like 15 points in the tree to unlock it but you’re currently leveling teleport up and you want to change a perk that’s before teleport in the perk tree, you’d have to remove teleport from one of your mastery slots first. My explanation was convoluted I think and could’ve been explained better but I hope I got the idea across.
I do have to say Thank you! There was a lot of info here that I didn't know let alone would have understood in game. I plan on Favoriting this video as a reference

Been playing for the last couple days and while I did know most of these things I was very unsure about crafting as a whole, loot filters, the dungeons and monoliths, this was a great help!
Launch could have been a little smoother, but the game is in a *very good* place from a gameplay perpective. Launch issues: sometimes have issues loading into a new zone. Mostly it takes much longer than expected, but I've had to back out a couple times over the last two days. The good news is that gameplay has been smooth once I got in. Playing a bladedancer with shurikens, a nasty cinder strike, and a very cool smoke bomb. So I'm alternating between ranged poke, engage, and serious melee kill pressure, and I haven't had any noticable lag issues at any point. I went rogue because I'd been playing primalist and acolyte pre-launch, and I have to say, amazing options from base class, and bladedancer was mostly a coin flip... I'd intended to go falconer but was having so much fun with a pure attack build that a minion might spoil the fun for me.

I also wanted to say, this is how Diablo 4 should have been, but apparently live service, battlepass, micro stores are more important to Blizzard now then the game itself.
Circle of fortune all the way for me, even after they've lifted the restrictions on trading behind the merchants guild... I hate price checking stuff etc😂
