      Thanks Pinakin. Point noted. Most of the foods we talk about are natural foods and can be consumed by anyone according to their needs however there can be exception to this like allergens etc.

    Bhai kya yeh mass gainer recipie post workout ke liye sahi hai ?
    250 ML Milk
    20 grams of Muscle blaze unflavored protein oats
    1 Tablespoon of Muscle blaze unflavored protein peanut butter or Pintola High protein jaggery peanut butter
    1 tea spoon of coffee powder
    1 tea spoon of cocoa powder
    A pinch of cineman
    1 small banana
    1 table spoon of Honey

    Ek din me kitna peanut butter le sakte hain? I am already taking 30 gms in morning shake. Evening shake me add karke total 50 gm ho jayega din ka. Is it okay?

    Bhai kya yeh diet plan sahi hai ?
    Breakfast
    Paneer Frankie
    Recipe
    2 Whole eggs with 2 tbsp whole wheat flour then we have to bake it on a pan with some olive oil .
    For filling we have to take 100 grams of Paneer , home made pizza sauce ( recipe 4 tbsp of orchard lane tomato sauce , some oregano , 1 tbsp shezwan chutney and 1 tbsp of red chili sauce ) , a some mozzarella cheese , onions , tomato and cheese slice .
    Lunch and pre workout
    Oatmeal
    Recipe
    100 to 150 grams of curd
    40 grams of oats
    40 grams of whole truth muesli
    1 tea spoon of stevia
    5 strawberries
    5 frozen blueberries
    5 raspberries
    5 dates
    10 dried crandberries
    15 almonds
    10 peanuts
    5 cashews
    2 walnuts
    1 small banana
    3 tbsp of chia seeds
    1 tsp of flax seeds
    1 tbsp of Pumpkin seeds
    1 tbsp of dried melon seeds
    Post Workout and Evening Snacks

      One medium banana mein almost 100 calories hoti hai. Apne goals le hisab se dal sakte ho. Uske liye calories nikalna avashyak hai

      Shouldn't be a problem. Slowly increase the quantity, not all at a time.

Bttt mujhe ap koi gainarrrr bta do plz jiske side effects na ho jise tik jay wait permanent and mera practical h mujhe apna weight gain krna h mere height 5.5hai weight 40 h bhut patle hath h 😢😢
