This video is quite helpful and i don't eat too much expensive foods except for Berries and Kiwi ( kiwi toh saal me 2 ya 3 bear hi khata hu ) but for making cakes or Italian dishes I think olive oil is much better coz it doesn't have a strong taste ya for making indian dishes like Paneer Tikka or Parathas I will definitely prefer Mustard oil .
The foods you have mentioned are not indian origin and therefore it is expensive not for any claims. Those foods are normal in some countries as the alternatives im India.
