Now we saw more. Loved it! Thank you for finding this video!
Norway is an adventure of a lifetime. But you need more time than 3 days.. If you have only 3 days, you should fly to the west of Norway, not Oslo, which is too far away from Norway's beautiful nature. I agree with the user Mimosa, Loen/Olden, and Geiranger, is a must see there. Absolutely stunning nature. Unfortunately Trollstigen is closed this year, but it should be open next year. Flåmbanen is not far from Bergen, also a city very much worth visiting. Maybe you`ll even meet Aurora there 😉 If you decide to go to Oslo, and have only 3 days, you should stay in Oslo. Visit Akershus festning, Operabygget, see Holmenkollen, and such. And btw., Norwegian people are so lovely, when they open up. And they do to foreigners. Enjoy your trip! 🤗🤗
Oslo-Flåm is a full day on a train. Departure Oslo 06:26 in the morning and arrival Flåm 13:04 (Change train at Myrdal) Departure Flåm 16:15 and arrival Oslo 22:55 and the price for 2 adults about 4000 NOK. This is about a month from now
Also possible to take a train from Oslo at 08:25, arrival Flåm, 15:06 but then there is less than an hour in Flåm, but it costs. 3 days in Oslo is better to stay in Oslo and the surrouning area than to loose one full day on a train even if there is a lot to see on the trip
Flåm is many hours from Oslo. Almost 5 hours by train to Myrdal to hop on the Flåm train. Most of the time the train between Bergen and Oslo is fully booked days before.
It's possible to see Oscarsborg from Oslo, where they bombed Blücher 🙂 A fast ferry leaves Oslo at 10:00 andarrives Oscarsbord 11:20. The return fast ferry leaves Oscarsborg 12:45 and back in Oslo 14:05. Just enjoy the trip along the Oslofjord. This boat terminates at October 6th for this season. The boat has local public transport price so not expencive to take
You won´t see the fjords if you go to Oslo. If you had more time, you could have rented a car, driving to places like Loen/Olden and Geiranger. Oldevatnet (water) is not a fjord, but it´s glacial water, it´s soooo beautiful there!
A video on UA-cam called KVAM ,from Hardanger where we live i. Norway😊😊
Its generally not a good idea to try to remember the pronunciation of Norwegian place names from native English speakers. The chances of them getting it correct is slim to none.
