Mere husband ko alu palak bht pasand hain aur hm 3 log ghar mei baiti abhi 3 years ki hai wo nahi khati kehte bhao hai black to mere lye frozen theek rehta hai packet kon sa roz roz bnana hai kabhi kabhi hi bnti hai

In some cases, frozen foods have more vitamins and minerals compared to fresh because fresh foods lose vitamins and minerals over time while freezing preserves nutrients.

Specially few veg like broccoli it will lose quickly its nutrients while fresh but when it plucked & packed quickly & properly and put it the freezer all the nutrients preserved
