I use the same approach for my corporate office, where we have to arrange lunch for our whole staff, First, check the leftover stuff, then menu management lastly lists the required stuffed accordingly. Keep it up.

I am watching your videos and learned from you a lot. One thing I just noticed that you mentioned it in your video is that the condensed milk and you put the cling wrap on. When there is a tin can that you open and use and leave your leftover stuff still in the can it becomes extremely deadly because all the can metal starts to react with the food. Please please the minute the can opens up the food should go a glass container. Stop using plastic containers as well. Plastic too reacts with foods and cause cancers and other diseases…. If ask me I will prefer not use tin foods at all. I have a very detailed discussion watched on tv once with doctors that are now saying all these things that I mentioned above. You can also google them out to make sure the effects on these things on human health 🙏🏻🙏🏻
