- Complete Recipe in English:
🌺BBQ Chicken Steak Platter
Ingredients
• Chicken boneless 1 kg
• BBQ sauce 3 tbsp
• Soy sauce 2 tbsp
• Oyster sauce 2 tbsp (or use more soy sauce )
• Chili sauce 4 tbsp
• Ketchup 3 tbsp
Miscellaneous
• Dinner rolls
• Cabbage/salad leaves
• Pickles in Vinegar
• Ketchup for topping
• BBQ sauce for topping
• Chili sauce/tabasco sauce for topping
• French fries
Preparation
1. Cut chicken breast in the centre to make thin fillet.
2. Cut into 4 x 4-inch pieces.
3. In a bowl, add BBQ sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili sauce and ketchup. Mix and adjust taste if needed.
4. Now grill them in a grilling pan or a sauce pan drizzled with some oil.
5. Grill on both sides until sell done.
6. Arrange the platter with the miscellaneous ingredients and the grilled chicken.
7. Enjoy!
🌺Easy Cookies and Cream Dessert
Ingredients
• Tea time biscuits 1 pack (I used marie biscuits)
• Cold Whipping cream
• Powdered sugar 2-3 tbsp
• Milk 1/2 cup
• Fresh fruit of your choice, chopped (I used strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, grapes)
• Chocolate topping
Preparation
1. Whip the whipping cream along with the powdered sugar. Whip until stiff peaks are formed.
2. In a transparent rectangular dish, arrange the biscuits in a single layer and pour 1/4 cup milk over them.
3. Arrange another biscuit layer and pour remaining milk.
4. Now layer the whipped cream and level it out.
5. Arrange the chopped fruit and drizzle some chocolate syrup.
6. Refrigerate and enjoy!
