Great video Al, I like the dose of reality of having a friend round to add a bit of banter to the proceedings. I always watch your videos near the end of a fasting day to get me in the mood for the inevitable take-away curry as a reward!

I always use frozen spinach. I'll have mine with a side of cumin spiced crushed roasted baby potatoes and shallots.

What’s the best way to store the base gravy. Thank you for the lamb saag recipe I love authentic lamb saag and have tried different recipes all of which have been underwhelming. Your’s looks terrific I can’t wait to try it many thanks.
