Dear dear editor, as much as extensive editing is appreciated, maybe cut down on the zoom ins a little? With these sit down, chatty, calmer videos it's hard to follow when the focus on Molly keeps shifting. Thank you for your work! (And good look with the move!)
Honestly, whoever owns those appartments is not doing their job. The number of things that went wrong and the fact that NOTHING was done to actually solve the issues is ridiculous. They should have found and exterminated the cause of the roaches, they should have given the warning about the noise much sooner, they should have actually followed thru and fined or evicted the neighbor once the noise continued, and they DEFINITELY should have done something about that rude "aye girl" confrontation. That's a lot of should haves...
In my current situation the cops don't care my neighbor uses power tools all night...in an apartment. Cops rarely will do anything, it falls to the landlord.
@@saragirl1465 The national housing crisis has made landlords and property managers even lazier and crappier imo. Ours never does jack about ANYTHING. I had to get antianxiety meds for my pets. Any sound scares the daylights out of them, it only started once we moved into our new apartment. My upstairs neighbors are loud.
Disagree I think it's good editing, makes it more interesting, it's the same thing everyone else does on their channels while they're telling stories or talking. I think it's perfect. I've never gotten dizzy from watching a video zoom in and out even though I get motion sickness very easily.
I can’t imagine living in a place with roaches, let alone being visually impaired and having them... no way of telling where they are and how many until you’re on them or their on you.
most cities have them, its kind of unavoidable, you can make them less bad, but overall getting rid of them is not really possible. Its not exactly a building issue, you can move away from because most buildings have the exact same issue no matter how clean you are or how well they spray, same issue with mice.

The neighbors with the loud music reminds me of my mom's friend who had an apartment in the 2000s and had a neighbor who would play loud music all through the night. You couldn't even make out the lyrics, it was just the vibration from the bass on the stereo system. I'm also sensitive to smoke, so I wouldn't like it if I had neighbors who smoked in the same building, either. I hope things improve for you, Molly. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Molly you really need a new editor or need to have a serious conversation with your current one I started my tally at 6:38 in the video after reading comments and noticing how many zoom cuts there are I ended my tally at 11:09 in the video with a total of 41 zoom cuts. This gave me really bad anxiety because I got flashbacks from when I lived in my college apartment. Just people not being courteous at all and constantly having to call the RAs in the middle of the night. I always found that awkward especially when my roommate had the RA phone and I didn’t know it. Ugh. Just...not fun.
And it kind of ruins the apartment for all future tenants. Not so experienced with weed, but I know for cigarettes, anyone who is super sensitive to smoke can pretty much never live there. The smoke just seeps into the walls and floors and you really cant get it out.
AlicornTails Me! I have asthma and someone smoking in a vehicle beside mine can kill me. Same with the smoke sleeping through apartments. Just one more reason it should be banned completely. There’s literally not a single good thing smoking can do for you🤷🏻♀️
Literally everything you are saying is exactly the same as the neighbors I used to have in my old apartment. We even had roaches too! It was such a relief to move! We now live in a great quiet community. I’m so much happier. I’m glad you are able to get out of that situation!
My nephews (all under 3) live with me. Two of our neighbors (directly below, and directly beside) smoke weed. I dont care, but when cps was over and asked why it smells like marijuana my stomach dropped. I dont care what people do on their own homes, I was terrified they were going to take them from us. The neighbors below us is a bunch of college kids, they would blast their music. Imagine three kids all under three screaming all night because the noise is to loud. Not fun.
I’m so excited to see your new apartment! I’m sorry you have had so much trouble. It really sucks to be in a sucky situation when you can’t do anything about it. I’m glad it’s all being figured out though!

I know you have so many issues with the nightmare neighbors and the nightmare roommates (roaches) are so horrendous too! I hope your new place is so much better with no problems! ❤ I used to live in an apartment that had only 3 units and the one next door was a vacation rental and it was so loud at all hours, so I feel you girl! I can't wait to see your new place!
Most people are calling out the editor, but I have seen some that were calling out molly or making jokes like it’s her fault. I know they’re not necessarily doing it on purpose, but sometimes it can slip your mind what milky can and can’t do. Just a friendly reminder in case some forgot.
Noah Beller well in the video she said that the were roaches, eggs, and nests. She can also put it back and paint it exactly how it is (as she’s stated).
Esmer Gonzalez he said he was just wondering. He wasn’t criticizing her. I think everyone was wondering this like Molly said in the beginning of the video. You don’t need to be on your high horse here
Had a lot of trouble in my first apartment with an upstairs couple who used to scream and fight about who had cheated on who and smoked marijuana constantly inside. We moved out after a few months it just wasn't worth the frustration but the guy there was caught by the building staff leaving threatening notes on other tenants' cars and they had multiple complaints from other tenants about the noise and marijuana so they reimbursed me 2 months of rent, paid my moving costs, and paid for cleaners because we didn't clean before we moved out. That building management was amazing! Still miss the staff there but have found a better place with lovely neighbors.
My husband works 3rd shift, and I sleep when he sleeps. I have a gaming channel and sometimes stream on twitch. Even though I have to talk a bit to do both these things overnight while my neighbors below me, above me and behind me are sleeping I make sure to keep the noise level down so I don't bother them to much. I don't understand why some people can't keep the noise down.
I get ya totally. I normally have a regular schedule, but because of my medical issues, I can be irregular. But I have always tried to be cognizant of my neighbors. I never try to do laundry late at night or early in the morning. I watch on my computer with my headphones so no one will hear and I can make it as loud as I want without disturbing anyone. I am fairly quiet when I walk around - so many people "heavy walk" and stomp around. I don't. I try not to make my tv too loud. I am pretty quiet in general (except for uncontrollable cackles on occasion during a video or tv show). There are other people in the world. I wish I could get a house at this point. I am so sick of crappy, loud, dirty, smoking, nasty neighbors.
Ugh in my previous apartment I had similar problems . Parties all the time and me being constantly stressed out in result . Glad you decided to finally move out
@@saragirl1465 I think it's a lot worse depending on the device. My laptop isn't as bad, but my phone is so much worse. That is exactly why I had to move out of my apartment too! The music was so loud and they would scream at each other. Apartment management would do nothing. had to call cops for noise violations. Recorded and documented everything. Nothing was done. On top of the noise, the neighbor above us would let their dog use their balcony as a toilet and urine and feces would fall to my balcony. Then I am disabled and need the elevator in the building that is why we picked a complex with an elevator but it broke down for over 4 months. That was the last straw for me.
Doesn’t matter how clean you are if there cockroaches they infest everything there like bed bugs doesn’t matter how many time you spray it the building itself there’s no way it’s just your apartment
Yeah that’s why you should get rid of everything that you own it’s sad but that’s the only way from spreading the issue or you can put everything in boiling hot water and then dry them on high
I had a roomate that constantly smoked cigarettes and weed in my dorm and had to move. She was addicted to it and wouldnt stop. I have a service dog and asthma
I feel your pain on so many levels. I wish I could have the opportunity to talk to your noisy neighbor on your behalf. I hope your next place lives up to expectations.

Ive heard roaches can hide in appliances so be sure you don’t accidentally bring the roaches with you to your new place!
When i move from my current place i will have to leave EVERYTHING behind including clothes. The roaches have defeated me😣
YES ABSOLUTELY TRUE PLEASE BE CAREFUL! YOU ARE BETTER OFF THROWING EVERYTHING OUT AND STARTING OVER! THE EXPENSE OF CLEANING OUT THE INFESTATION IS NOT WORTH IT!
@@fearme8049 Use diatomaceous earth. I come from a poor family and when we go both bed bugs and indian meal moths we really COULD NOT afford to either move or replace all our stuff/food but we ended up not having to.
Cockroaches get into cardboard boxes, wall baseboards, and kitchen/bathroom cabinet boards to lay eggs and multiply. You’ll bring the roaches to your new place if they’ve gotten into the boxes. Diatomaceous earth ( a powder form) spread into the hinges and crevices of furniture will help eliminate the bugs. BTW - if you have cockroaches, it won’t be long until your neighbor has his bed bugs creeping over to your place, too.
Aaghhhhgg that’s so gross. Imagine opening up your headphones at your new place to listen to some jam, and a roach is in them.

Why didn’t you call the cops? You have a right to peace and quiet.
I'm wondering as well. Almost every city has sound laws. The person could have been arrested.
Every city has noise laws my question too why not call the police?
You might want to consider renting a condo or better yet, a townhouse next time. Their HOA is much less tolerant of neighbor issues and with a townhome, you may not have shared walls.
HOAs are insufferable, I'd rather deal with bad neighbors.

I had to get antianxiety meds for my pets. Any sound scares the daylights out of them, it only started once we moved into our new apartment. My upstairs neighbors are loud.
A Lee That makes me feel annoyed for you. People are inconsiderate and I just hope your pets can be okay!
Molly could you ask your editor to do less zooming in and out while you're talking? It was happening so much I was almost getting dizzy!
like 7:36 ? it's what she says lol
wingsonwater agree
Omg yes

Yeah it's a bit excessive
I can’t imagine living in a place with roaches, let alone being visually impaired and having them... no way of telling where they are and how many until you’re on them or their on you.
most cities have them, its kind of unavoidable, you can make them less bad, but overall getting rid of them is not really possible. Its not exactly a building issue, you can move away from because most buildings have the exact same issue no matter how clean you are or how well they spray, same issue with mice.
@@707Bubby I've been living in my apartment for almost a year at this point and we've never had an issue. In my previous apartment we had an issue for a bit so our landlords started fumigation of every apartment at least once a month and sometimes twice and then it stopped being an issue. It loses its affect when it's over done
Hello yes I am the other commenter who counted
From 6:58 to 11:09 aprox (cant remember exact would need to check my comment and am on mobile) there were 41 zoom cuts that I was able to count in that time frame and I know I missed a couple because of how much it happened
Its unbearable

The neighbors with the loud music reminds me of my mom's friend who had an apartment in the 2000s and had a neighbor who would play loud music all through the night. You couldn't even make out the lyrics, it was just the vibration from the bass on the stereo system. I'm also sensitive to smoke, so I wouldn't like it if I had neighbors who smoked in the same building, either. I hope things improve for you, Molly. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

As a landlord I feel you. I have had those tenets, they are a huge pain in the ass. Had one when we finally got them out it took over a month of using some of the most powerful insecticide to even begin to get the roaches under control. It was a nightmare dealing with them.
Molly you really need a new editor or need to have a serious conversation with your current one I started my tally at 6:38 in the video after reading comments and noticing how many zoom cuts there are I ended my tally at 11:09 in the video with a total of 41 zoom cuts. It's overused and quiet honestly making me sick to look at it gives me a headache having the camera move around that much
41 zoom cuts within 5 minutes is waaaaaaayyy too many
This is going to sound brutal, but I’d fire this person. If they can’t see this is an abomination to film, they just don’t have the skills to make it in this business. Editors in LA are a dime a dozen. They aren’t well suited for this and need to move on.
@@katvtay not brutal at all if you cant do your job and dont take the initiative to get better you deserve to get fired especially when you're taking advantage of a blind woman who cant view your faults for herself and is trusting your editing skills. This gave me really bad anxiety because I got flashbacks from when I lived in my college apartment. Oh my god. Smoking in a non smoking apartment could literally kill someone
And it kind of ruins the apartment for all future tenants. Not so experienced with weed, but I know for cigarettes, anyone who is super sensitive to smoke can pretty much never live there. The smoke just seeps into the walls and floors and you really cant get it out.
AlicornTails facts and some people can be allgeric to mj and people have illness and like really just be a good neighbor

Not fun.

I love Molly and get content but I’ve been thinking this too, especially in this video!
She doesn't edit her own videos
I wish everyone was as respectful as you!
Because some people just don't care
You can do this anywhere. Get the hell out of LA. It is a cesspool
Apartments suck so bad, there's always that one trash neighbor that ruins the vibe for everyone else.
