Veliona seems more like a sadistic tsundere rather than a yandere. Same goes with HoS. Yandere characters seem much more detached, though not all are necessarily psychopaths. Both Veliona and HoS are capable of exhibiting complex emotions and are not immediately malicious as they like to portray themselves to be.
Seele is one of Favorite character because of her split personality. I don't like blue side that much but Red can't be my favorite without Blue existence. Anyway i love this

In older trailers, they always use JP VA for GLB and SEA. No voices in some trailers sometimes mean it wasn't finished, so they simply just have to pull it out and release the trailer with the JP VA on the JP channel. Why in this case? 4.7 trailer Haxxor Bunny has JP VA, including Yae Kasumi's part. That means they finished it in time and is ready for the release. As for why they didn't use CN voices as an alternative, I don't exactly know. It's probably because GLB/SEA players aren't used to listening to CN voices, so Mihoyo tried their best on attracting that audience. Unfortunately it doesn't work sometimes esp if the JP VAs hasn't finished their dialogues.

They don't need to hold back on using CN dub if thats their only reason for not using it and just leave it in silent since its completely accepted by some of the community now. Mihoyo needs to be aware of it that its totally fine to just leave it as it is if they still don't have for JP dub part but I kinda understand why as well like you said they want to target the majority who loves JP dub coz yeah anime etc.
For those Himeko Simps I have some hope for you: Himeko will return as the Herscherr of Destruction/Decimation because her battle suit, Vermillion knight: Eclipse, is a Divine key equipped with the core of Destruction which is the core of the Herscherr of Destruction of the Previous Era therefore further exposure from the gem could somehow awaken the Herscherr and revive Himeko. Himeko will somehow receive the memories of the Himeko of the previous Era and will let the New Era Himeko control her new Herscherr powers, destroyed the Void she was trapped in and ultimately escape it. The New Herscherr of Destruction will of course first get corrupted by honkai and will try to destroy the Continent of Australia/Oceania (clues from the Previous Era). Kiana and Bronya will receive news about this Herscherr and will travel to Australia to stop the Destruction in their herscherr form but saw Raiden Mei (in the middle of a battle) already struggling to defeat the Herscherr. So the three of them would reunite and battle together to defeat the said herscherr with outstanding teamwork (just like old times). But before the final blow was struck, Kiana heard Himeko's Voice, took a step back and thought for a while. Bronya and Mei are still waiting for Kiana's final blow but saw her on the ground with her hand over her head. After several seconds, Kiana then gathered her thoughts and told the two that the Herscherr was indeed Himeko. I'm going to end the story here but will continue to write what I predict will happen next on the next videos. Until then, stay strong Himeko Simps for her herscherr to be released😊
a little correction, the suit Vermillion Knight Eclipse that Himeko used, does use the Gem of Haste (which Sirin got gifted from the Will of the Honkai when she was on the moon) and not the core from the Previous Era Herrscher. That core was made into the Divine Key Judgement/Cleaver of Shamash which Siegfried used and now is in Kevin's hands.
