To be frank it also heavily implied that Kallen leaving Otto alone without giving him any closure is probably some of the worse possibility humanity can got as in other scenarios in Quanta sea he mostly a good guy like when he lost Kallen during their journey to the east before founding an orphanage to atone his sin or in parallel universe a scientist that trying to solve the honkai problem after he lost his family

Clone Kiana is Sirin, Oto used Kiana as a base to make clone and "implemented" Sirin "soul" in it.
We also know that Siegfried is looking for the original Kiana. He know that "clone Kiana" is Sirin and he still decided to treat her as his daughter.
We wont see Kiana before at least a year or two in the game, beceause Mihoyo is making a lot of stupid bullshit around Durandal, Fu hua and Risa so they can release a lot of new valk for whale to spend money in the game.

To summarize, Otto only wants to bring back his ‘love’, Kallen. The only one ever to believe in him when he was nothing. Thus becoming an enabler for all the bad things to happen in his part of time. Sacrificing thousands, possibly millions as he’s immortal, of innocent lives for that goal. Despite the resources he now has to save them.
When it comes to sacrifices, at least in fiction, there’s only ever one of two options. Yourself for others, or others for yourself. Otto is the latter.

Seems Himeko is actually from another Universe in the Honkai Multiverse which is why the Sky people are interested in her despite being assumed dead for years by the time of Post Honkai Odyssey. Also, we learn that Himeko's honkai infection was caused by the Sky people in a attempt to assassinate her father but they hit her instead. Currently Welt Yang and Void Archieve are going to that Universe that Himeko is said to originate from to save it from the Sky People. What that Universe is and how is Himeko being from another Universe in the Multiverse is important to the story we will have to wait for the next chapter to find out.

Though in my case I like both Sirin and HoTE as they are true Queens and both inhabit a body of Kiana. Actually, HotE (Final Herrscher) is actually the Real Kiana also referred to as God Kiana. Sirin is also inside a clone of Kiana therefore the picture and the name technically work together.

Wow, that's a good summary of literally everything that happened in the main story XD
although they completely skipped the Sakura and Kallen' story arc which brought a lot more context to the characters, specially to Otto's character and Teri. Also the Teri origins story is a huge part of the game, I am surprised they don't promote it as much. THere you get to know Otto's true motivations from the get go.
