Why the heck didn’t I ever think about putting the pull cord on the pulley first and THEN through the exit grommet?!!! Sometimes the simplest things are the ones that evade us! 😉🔧👍
@RaleysSmallEngines the.only thing is I had to take it to the mower repair shop here in Putnam county Georgia to get the carburetor worked on because of the ethanol gas in Spalding county Georgia messed it up 😐😑🥺😭😳👎😔😠😠🤬
I probably would have drilled and tapped for half a dozen T27 machine screws held in place with threadlocker, knowing how much stress that joint is subjected to constantly. Screws just long enough to get through. Otherwise, a great fix! 👍
T-Bone..... I was getting so frustrated watching you struggle with the tube and the rolling cart, I couldn't decide if I should just keep laughing my butt off or drive over and help! hahahahaa Billy
Recoil repair is solid but that elbow on all backpack blowers needs to swivel as you wave the tube back and forth all day in commercial properties I think this catastrophe could have been avoided if they would've simply adjusted the handle/throttle switch by loosening one pinch bolt and sliding it forward when purchased ✌️
Thanks for your comment. Most of the time it's nothing to worry about especially a Stihl. I work on a ton of them and most of them have pressure in the tank.
@@RaleysSmallEngines Thank for the info T-Bone I took my still blower out of service thinking something bad was going to happen....Im start using it again. Thanks

Great tip on the starter rope. I like how you don’t need to guess how much you need doing it that way. No waste! Thank you for sharing.
