  • Shin Conditioning, contrary to widely held assumptions, is a routine handed down for centuries by Shaolin Monks and still implemented among many Asian fighting sports. Furthermore, scientific proof can be found in Dr. Wolff's studies in regard of Bone density.
    ● Detailed BMC routines and FAQ available online:

    WARNING: this video shows the advanced version of Shin Conditioning, performed by Fabio Zambelli - 24 years of experience in Shaolin Martial Arts. Beginners are strongly advised to have performed low-intensity and bag conditioning exercises first. Don't search for quick results as Martial Arts also mean years of constant and progressive training, where results arrive after tiny and daily improvements.

      Mr Nation's Man, every form of training is revertible: you need to keep going to achieve results. It would be everyone's dream if one sporadic training session could keep its benefits all life long. After all, Perseverance is the only thing drawing a line between amateurs and professionals. It involves strong mind-set, but if you are motivated, nothing will stop you. For this particular shin-conditioning exercise-set, consider that one-week stop is already too much. Two-three weeks would be like starting from scratch. - Shifu Fabio Zambelli - Martial Arts Explained

      @@pranoic I think you're 50% right 50% wrong. This kind of exercice makes lose sensitiveness yes, but the micro-fibers of the bone become definitively stronger and more resistant than before. It just, it's not as hard as iron though. And the risk can be that by losing sensitiveness, you can think you're invincible and hit thoughtlessly.

    Come on guys! This way of training is really helpful for your body. It doesn't mean you have to deal great damage on you bones to get badly injured. In fact, this way requires continuos small impact on your body parts in short period of time to make you get used to the damage you may get in real fighting. This 32 years oldman has been training this way in combination of real life combat techniques for over 10 years with no serious health issue. If you wouldn't break your bone, you only get stronger and stronger. Know your limit and start training guys!

      True, bone density increases when pressure is applied. Sudden huge force like kicking hard objects can damage your bones instead of conditioning it.

    • @martialartsexplained-real
      @martialartsexplained-real  6 років тому +15

      Hello Silvafox, we recommend conditioning shins no more than twice a week. Each session no longer than 20-25 minutes. More and longer sessions might make your shins numb/tingling, but this still depends on your past training. Have a nice training.
