Please heed this man's advice. I'm married with two kids grinding on my own entrepreneurial journey waking up at 4am and going to bed at 10pm, because I have to wake up before my family and work after they go to bed. I can relate.
I am not married, but I have a girlfriend and since we got together it got so much harder to work properly.
It's not that i can't work with her, but pressure to get money asap and do some sutff with her can easily interfere with my very long term projects.
Yet, I think, it's worth for me to stay together. With her my traumas heal and we love each other. I want for my girl to stick with me through thick and thin, so I am fine facing a lot of hardship during my rise. She also helped me get less obsessed with money and sort my "entrepreneurial adhd". And she wants for us to run business together, and I agree, that would be cool, like Alex and Leila Hormozi. Although, of course, when she will get pregnant we will both step down to be full time parents
So yeah, brother, it's hard to make money with girl with you, and with kids it's even harder, but it's worth sticking through. That's gonna be a great story when you manage to be great father and husband, and make it money-wise. I hope you will reap the fruits of your labour and not burn out!
P.S. I recommend you to watch channel called dr k healthy gamer, this guy has such a great content for productivity, avoiding burning out all of that good stuff. He was a monk and he is a clinical psychiatrist, he is a very cool man, I recommend you to watch him if you have any problems with mental wellbeing!

Very knowledge packed video. This video is no BS and a very straight to the point. I have only once experienced monk mode for 9 months straight when I was preparing for my USMLE step 1 exam back in 2022.
I used to wake up for Fajr namaz, solve a question block, go to med school, then do hospital rotations, come back by 1PM, eat food, rest, wake up and study from evening till 1 AM in the morning. Rinse and Repeat!
My only breaks were for toilet, food and prayers.
I have genuinely experienced monk mode for 9 straight months before cracking one of the most difficult medical licencing exam in the world. (The USMLE step 1)..
Hamza, I resonatewith every point you've mentioned in the video about monk mode since I've lived it truly.
I am very soon ready to give myself another monk mode and work on some real money making online monetizable skills and scale to 10k a month.

Hey, Hamza! Just finished watching your amazing motivating video. So I was really motivated to go for full on monk mode for 6 months, where my day basically starts from a morning workout at my local park area, while having some sun for the rest of the day. Then I'll just study UX/UI or make sells, and services in this topic, literally freelancing. I really want to hit 10k a month in freelance, becoming a digital nomad, so then I can help other people to start their freelance career. I get really motivated to do this. I've already deleted all the apps in my phone (even UA-cam, so I watch UA-cam only on my laptop, when I need some certain knowledge) except for the ones that help me get customers, and track my progress. We'll see. I'll message you after this long journey, and I think I'll get successful enough to get your attention, and really show my journey and progress

I'm currently feeling the after effects of monk mode too. I took ages to start a conversation with a stranger, it was fairly short and I cringed a bit. The crazy thing is that I looked like a Chad the whole time but didn't act it out. I'm lean, built and my skin is looking better.

I get withdrawing from social situations to have more time but then again the brain is proven to grow and benefit emensely from socialising. I dont think its worth it, maybe decreasing the time you socialise for, but you should still 100% be socialising a few times a week. You'd likely perform better in business anyway because brain health is vital to even be able to perform at a high level... That's my thoughts anyway but hey, it obviously worked for you lmao
I agree I went through a extensive monk mode period and while it helped me increase my income, I became awkward af lol due to lack of social interaction, doing much better right now working with a group of friends that have the same mindset as I do, monk mode definitely works for short periods of time but it shouldn't be a lifestyle imo
Mf told this after the hardest school year of my life when I did all the shit at the same time while buildibg 2 businesses at the same time, but next year I probably won't even go there, because I already started succeeding with my business

Idk how to make money anymore. I grew shrooms for 3+ years and put in like 12-14 hour days 7 days a week of physical labor while hitting the gym for 2-3 hours a day. It was a bit to much on the gym part I’d say but that market is dead in my area and idk how to make money anymore. I made 25k in December 2020 but now I’m back to like 3k a month working security.
