- Argatoria is a new 10mm fantasy wargame that let's you play epic scale savage battles between hordes of barbarians, lizardmen, monsters, and madmen.
From Spellcrow, the makers of Umbra Turris, this game is set in the same world, but on the plains, forests, and arid lands of Argatoria; a continent of constant war and bloodshed.
I was asked by Spellcrow to share what I'd learned about the world and factions of this brilliantly blood and fantastic fantasy setting. And I'm glad they did, because this is one wicked game!

I have been playing Argatoria for over 1 year. It is so good that I have stopped playing Wfb and play Argatoria exclusively.

Got four Argatoria armies. Very fun game. It’s a bit fiddly that the rule for some of the factions is in their magazine purple warlock. But I love the living indie feel of an evolving game. Would love official reference cards down the line
Been looking more into this the past few months. Love the 90's era aesthetic and the prices seem reasonable too. Now it's just a case of deciding what I get first.
Very very interesting looking game. Love the art style, the painted miniatures and terrain very much add to an overall ‘Oldhammer’ feel. I’d be very tempted if I didn’t already have so many projects on the go.

I've been aware of Argatoria for a while, and it looks neat (well, the models do but I've no idea how it plays), but I've got too many other things going on to actually bother with it and also already have a 10mm fantasy game that I already own armies for in the form of Warmaster.
This looks sooooo good. I have no doubt I will get it..I just hope I can find someone willing to play it

Totally agreed, for me its the successor for WHFB, the world, the lore, the game its just fantastic.
All looks great, but, as others have said, the prices for the minis are so out of step with the other major 10mm companies - 3 times the price of Kallistra & Pendraken for comparable metal minis, it’s just not worth it. Their terrain for 10mm is excellent, and reasonably priced however.

The miniatures are an absolute rip off...£15 inc postage for 4 infantry figs/ £32 for 16 tiny cavalry figs !!!!...holy crap.
Shop around, you can get it cheaper.
