- We take a 302 sbf the we rebuilt with a small comp cam and see what kind of power we can get out of it. We then add a set of aluminum heads to see how much power we can gain with just a simple swap.

Stock 5.0 HOs should put out 260 h.p. with a carb and headers.
Thats the thing we have found, just because it should make that power doesn't mean it will. It was still within the range of what it should make considering factory rating is around 235.
Doesn't sound right for a 302, like it's missing or leaking exhaust?
It's definitely not missing, all the egts were almost identical the whole time. There may have been a tiny exhaust leak at the header flange but it wouldn't have been very big.
@@pageracingengines just something sounds very off and incorrect just from the audio. Does not sound like a normal 302 for some reason.
@@mattmerritt1040 it could be from the air moving through the room since the air inlet is in the roof at front of room
Well what heads are they?
They are LPC 185cc heads with 60cc chambers
