Refresh 615 BBC Race Engine Guide - Teardown

Today we are beginning the refresh process of my personal 615 BBC race engine out of the dragster. We are getting it ready to sell and currently have a sale pending. So far everything looks good and normal to have 2 seasons and 300+ passes (mostly ¼ mile) on it.

how do big stroke short decks fair as for being used in a prostreet/toy type of car
can they make 60k miles before refreshes?
do they overheat easily or wear cylinder bores out quickly?
i know its overkill for what i need, but would love to have that killer stroke for the torque
i'm looking to change my pontiac engine and have been thinking abou these low deck BBC's
