Love this Daniel...I would love to see you do a small map with just this kit...I know you did parts of a really big map with this, but a smaller one would be super fun to learn to do

Thats a great idea. I just added it to the schedule. I've got about 2 months worth of videos that have been produced and waiting to be published, so it will be a while before it airs.

Ouch, that smudge had to make you sick to your stomach! I appreciate you leaving it in and am looking forward to learning the "fix".

I just had the same kind of accident happen. I was dying the edges of a holster black. I didn't realize that i got some on my left thumb until after i put a nice black smudge on the face of the holster. I had already put a couple antique finishes on without a resist though (creating certain tones). But i guess the antique was enough to keep it from really penitrating because i was able to remove it (mostly) with denatured alcohol and i just blended it out a bit. Came out good but damn my heart stopped. The edges are the last thing i work on so you can imagine how close to the end i was

Glad you were able to blend it out! That's always a heart stopping moment!

Hey Daniel, amazing Video, thanks for introducing to this technique!!
It happens to me several times that my project tooks some „special effects“ during tooling or coloring - hey, it’s handmade!
Nonetheless I‘m looking foward, how you fixed it!
    Greetings from northern Germany!

How did you stencil the image onto the leather before burning
