bro is singlehandedly lowering the property value in that neighborhood and i love it
just trying to level off the housing market whilst making every one near me jealous lol. Thank you for watching!!!
@@RidicULooseAutomotive subbed!
Looks like Felony had a few more surprises for you. I’m glad you’re staying positive and moving forward with the build. So many people would take the easy way out and give up. I’ve never been to Power Tour but I think I may make the trip to meet this old girl.
I appreciate the support dude! Let me know if you do get on Tour. I would be happy to meet ya!
I think we have the same car... 68 J code factory a/c factory power steering, Sunlit gold, black vinyl top... pretty cool! Looking forward to your progress!
Yep that's the spec this was! No console though
Making good progress! Excited to follow along 🙌
Thank you!
At the end of the day the body hurts but it is so much worth it once the Stang is back on the road. Good job btw.
Thank you sir!!
I like the way the license plate surround says " mustang". Oh- and zip ties ROCK!!
They are the best!
Nahhhh that drivers side looks TOTALLY straight, absolutely mint. I see no problems here.
Adjust the sharpness on your TV sir Hahaha it's mint
Any progress is good progress! I am no professional but I could give you some tips on metal work. I am learning how to make my own patch panels also.
Keep on kicking ass!
Indeed it is, just gotta keep workin away!
Looks like you need a few new pieces on the driver's side.
Definitely inspiring to see you just starting out with your channel, videos are great!
Building a 68 mustang my self, metal work is pretty much done for the most part, time to start putting it back together.
Planning to start filming and posting the build series! Needless to say I am inspired by how well your videos are put together as well!
When you put out some stuff be sure to comment the link!
That's one hell of a hooey on the driver's side. Wow! That car has been roadhard and put away wet. It's typical of a lot of these old mustangs. Previous damage, people tried to hide it. When you tear these old cars apart, you definitely find it.
Yea totally. Expected to see a hit somewhere the fender was shimmed like 1/4 inch lol
Dude im so happy i found your channel. Love the content. I cant wait till i get my Mustang
Thank you for tuning in!!
Great episode. Nice mk8 in the background.
Thank you!
really enjoying where you're heading with this.
Thank you!
Subscribed. I'm just south of you in Blaine, WA. Tackling my own build of a 67 mustang right now. Looking forward to seeing the progress and what you're going to do with the front valance.
You're right at the border crossing I take to run south usually, hope your build is going well!! Add me on IG if you got it and keep in touch!
Got some electrical issues that I'm struggling with. Should be running any day now which has been 6 months in the making (complete rust bucket).
Love this build!! Keep it up I’m here to watch!!
Thank you!!
thanks man great work your brave ,,right on ,, fraser from mississauga ,ont
Much appreciated
Nice video....keep up the good work!
Thank you!
Nice job , brave man. I’ll enjoy the progress and your drive south. If you drive through Boise you have a place to stay.
I will keep that in mind, don't forget to add me on IG. I was actually in Boise for Overcrest rally in my Subaru last fall!
One day that guage cluster will be 8k..some of these original parts are crazy through the roof. 100 dollars for an original manifold vaccum t fitting..or ace hardware 2 dollars.
I’ll tell you the biggest mistake I’ve ever made was to have my mother sell her 65 Mustang for 50.00 to my friend Phil Orndorf what he done to that car was rediculess
Holy cow, imagine getting a classic for $50 now adays
Nice update Andrew. If you knew the structure had some deformation would you have purchased it or is your demeanor such that your always up for the next challenge? Felony is going to help up your game and actually the extra repair just adds to the legacy of the car! So did the car get a bit of a Tbone on the drivers side do you think?
I think it got side swiped or skidded into a wall or something. I knew something was up because of the fender shims but yea I still would have grabbed it 100% just the good times with the boys in California alone was worth the purchase
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
With all due respect, dash panel cluster for a 1968 mustang...$200 to $800... Not $8k. We know what you have too. Fully restored original 1968 mustang coupe v8 can be bought for $25k. Please do your research.
@@SlidingRhino you should research sarcasm lol
I admire your ambition tearing it down to the studs with 68 days until Power Tour starts Andrew. 👊
Gonna do my damndest to get it back on the road!
@@RidicULooseAutomotive You’ll make your deadline I’ve got faith in you and your abilities. 👍
Nice videos but too .any commercials. Like every 5 min.
I don't place them that's youtube for ya
Ok... You stripped that down like an inner-city NYC teen of 70's and 80's... Such fond memories for me 😊. I'll subscribe, kinda curious to see how this comes back together.👍🏿💯
#FELONY
Thank you for watching!!
drop subframe and trans together instead of removing engine separately. you will regret dismantling interior to that extent..
There is no subframe to drop the trans with..... Not really I don't want an interior lol
What headers are those…i need a new set for my ‘67 power steering , c/4 auto car!!!
Look like headman shorty headers
Why didn't you remove the engine and trans together?
I just don't like dangling that much weight on the crane with the car there. Shop's got a lip at the door that likes to catch small casters and make things tip lol
The car is plated California so how it rust wise?
Vinyl top in Norcal winter rains not a good combo
I lived 40+ years in California, and owned 100 of the rustiest cars you’ve ever seen. 😂 No salt, but a lot of salt air, moisture, and a lot of fallen organic material (leaves and stuff) to hold that moisture in. I don’t know how “California Cars” got a good reputation for being rust free. Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico; that’s where to shop. 😊
And it was a convertible
That car is in Good Shape except for the Roof & Some Floor Pan work....Yet your tearing it apart ? The Dash and Under the front fenders looked fine....
Handled like garbage, 1 wheel peel, garbage hacked wiring and gross interior lol. Lights barely worked, overheated, and the steering has more play than a 90's arcade lol.
I could have left it but I want to build my version.
@@RidicULooseAutomotive alright, Get some positraction & clean carpet...Manuel steering ?
Your doing the transmission cleaning wrong, use brake cleaner lol
Lol I actually hate brake cleaner, I was poisoned from it once so I use it sparingly haha
