What most people don't get is the effort you put into setting up a camera or drone to get a drive-by only to turn back around and pick up your gear and head off again. There's hours of effort taken to get these gorgeous shots, and I want you to know that many of us can recognize the effort taken - and thank you for it! -K
Bro knows how to make a simple beautiful drive look like the best freaking vacay ever. I swear the quality of your content is only continuing to improve and I'm all for it!
As someone who has driven all of highway 1 and highway 101 twice now, these cars are phenomenal. They are one of the best ways to enjoy all of the western coast and I recommend both the car and the trip to everyone. Fantastic editing btw you captured the journey beautifully and you honestly made me a little nostalgic!
They are incredible to cross the country with. Can handle all types of surface with ease and there are parts everywhere. If you look at my route 66 video I had to swap a radiator in small town missouri and actually had a new one overnight! My only complaint with mine is the steep final ratio so 80mph=3600 rpm lol. Thanks for watching my friend!
My 2 favorite things, cars and photography! Honestly this is such a comfortable video, the editing, the cinematography, the music, it's all just really nicely done! Beautiful Subie too!
Local Seattlite here. This was sick. First time seeing your vlog, reminds me of grainy days. Super cool :) I have a Supra myself, will be cool to run into you on the road someday. I just did avenue of the giants 2 months ago. Such an amazing vibe.
Oh right on dude thank you for watching! Yea I wanna make time to come do some car stuff in Seattle in the spring. I have a few friends in the area! If you're ever up this way give us a shout!
Love the road trip part and Fuji photography. I recently went to Austria with my ST250 snapping away on 50R. I dig the use of square format, you compositions are sick with it, it is something I struggle with a lot, but you make it so damn sweet. 21:57 :D

Amazing dude! I went up from LA all the way up to washington (as close to CA as I could get in Olympic National Park) on my v8 4runner and I have to say it's one of the most amazing experiences of my life!
Loved the video man. I'm finally getting started on getting my 95 Coupe back on the road after sitting on jack stands for about 8 years. This was some great motiviation.
The LA scenes were definitely nostalgic, as I lived and grew up there for 9 years, got into the car scene there and just a cool trip down memory lane! Also lived in Portland Oregon for 1.5 years and all these scenes and highways are definitely memorable! Thanks for the road trip…love this film, or video or blog but this amazing film! Really enjoying this. Not to be that guy but what are you using to film? Same camera for everything and effects added in editing? Really curious as I’d love to learn how to film like this
Hey thanks for watching. My go to camera is the Fuji Xt-5 and the odd time I'll shoot B roll with my X100v. For the grainy film stuff I just lay over an Adjustment layer with Dehancer and tweak it until I'm happy with the look. Have a good one dude!
What's your setup for the more cinematic video (not drone or vlog) shots? They've got a nice hazy effect, you using a bloom filter or is it all in post?
