To celebrate the 10th anniversary of Washoku's inclusion in the UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage list, we held an event in “Shimogamo Fukusuke” where you could experience Kyoto cuisine, a registered intangible cultural property, and culture and history that have been developed together.
