Just for reference, 144.200 is the Single Side Band calling frequency for 2m. The FM Calling Frequency is 146.52mhz.Unless your radio and amp can work both SSB/USB and FM, than you may want to update to the FM calling frequency.
@@thebackyardbushcrafters4417 Just pointing it out since you have a label next to the radio with the different frequencies and someone who might not know that, could use it wrong in an emergency.
This is the SHTF zombie apocalypse type radio, last resort, civilization has fallen. YOU WILL NEED A LICENS TO OPERATE IT. Don't want to get in any trouble... All joking aside, love the setup.
Awesome! Do you have a step by step?
Thank you we may do a step by step soon!

Good to know we did program the list from chirp so maybe it’s right have to check
While your HT is multi band, the amplifier is not. The link you have is for a UHF version and should only be used in those frequencies.
You are correct I believe we did mention to get the amp in the band you need they sell 3 different ones I think

@@Littrell1966 your right! didn't think about that one maybe I will hook it to a dummy load and see what the amp actually transmits on....
