"Tu comprends, mon enfant, mon fils." This part never fails to make me cry my eyes out. Fergus' storyline in the books it heartbreaking, I'll be forever grateful the series had it right. Brilliant acting from both Sam and César.

Yet another of ‘Outlanders’ very dramatic and heartbreaking 💔 moments when Fergus wanted to end his life! It was a very poignant moment between Father and adopted Son that ended well thanks to Jamie’s quick thinking and reaction! also making Fergus realise he will become the young man he once was again despite the loss of his hand, and he will return to Marsali a good husband and Father as she so dearly wishes, season 7 will hopefully be a happier one for the ‘Fraser’s’ but it’s ‘Outlander’ so who knows! 😏

Bonjour 👋 j'ai regardée toutes les saisons de la 1ère à la 6ème même plusieurs fois, j'ai été transporter dans leurs douleurs, la tristesse, et de grandes douleurs, et parfois du bonheur
Dans outlander Jamie et claire sont extraordinaire dans leurs rôles et vous transporte dans leurs vies dans chaque séries, et sur leurs visages tout s'exprime et même dans la gestuelle du corps et des mains✋
C'est bien là 1ère fois que j'ai autant versée de larmes en regardant une série qui m'a touchée au plus profond de mon cœur❤. .

@@Queen_Springsteen that too, but my point was more that THAT won't be enough to take his own life. Slitting your wrists rarely is, even if you do it the "right" way

@@fijardim7 bleeding out is the only way to die from slitting your wrist and it's very rare that you do because for that to happen you need to cut so deep that you sever the tendons and the nerves to the fingers; and that will make your hand useless - you won't be able to slit the other wrist. And even if you do, it still will take a very long time for you to die because the body will get the coagulation process going and when you've lost a certain amount of blood your blood pressure will lower, your heartbeat will slow down. It's a slow process and new blood cells will form before you've run out. That's why slitting your wrist is a very fickle method that rarely does it in the real world
