In Jamaica, when Jamie & Claire were in line and they looked at each other-you could see their breath quicken. It was fantastic.

I adore this interview! Fergus and Marsali are my favourite characters in the series, after Jamie and Claire. Would love to see much more of them.

Lauren Lyle is my favorite actress on Outlander. Love her spirited, stubborn but also caring heart character she plays and how she keeps Fergus in line. Also love how funny she is off screen too.

FWIW, they joke about the pronunciation of Lauren's first name in French and César is quite assertive about how it should be pronounced because the origin of the name is a French region called "Lorraine". This very sweet name became very popular among French girls before and after the WW1.
Fantastic on screen couple and even better off screen friends 💓 You can tell that they are so relaxed with each other and enjoy each others presence.
A great discussion between Lauren and Cesar, they have played a vital roll in ‘Outlander’ and it has been wonderful to see how they have flourished into outstanding character actors, plus they connect with each other so well, very reminiscent of Caitriona and Sam in the earlier seasons, it will be interesting to see how their characters evolve even further in season six, thank you 🙏 for sharing this conversation 👌
That was delightful. I really like them both, they have such a refreshingly easy-going manner. In my personal rankings they are right after Claire and Jamie. 😀 ( I loved the lady killer on the beach in this wonderful scenery. Latin American really vivacious 🤩 )

Though I don’t mind her, I have to say; why cast her? Not a natural redhead, has brown eyes despite it likely being impossible as both her parents are blue eyed with no apparent brown gene at all. Additionally, she’s not really doing a very good Boston accent. For all the trouble they went through to find an actor with a hybrid accent for Fergus, you’d think they’d have a wider selection of actresses with a hybrid english/american accent. Or you know, at least a native Boston accent.
@@sparksfly6149 the irony is that in the book Claire has golden 'whiskey' eyes and Brianna has Jamie's blue eyes but in the show it's the other way round
Actually, the fact that Claire has blue eyes in the show still pains me as a book reader cause in the books Jamie is so in love with the colour of her eyes
