Awesome vid Zach! I loved it and I hope to make it down there before the end if this year to scope out the area for a fresh start with the wife and son. Be well and All Praises To The Most High. 👏🙏

Thanks for the kind words Levi! I enjoyed Manzanillo. I don't think I did a good job showing the real Manzanillo. Rouse and I got on bus to go to a beach (I think in another video) and it was almost a 2 hour bus ride and we saw the rougher parts of Manzanillo.. and the bus driver wasn't too helpful if I'm honest. He could've told us to walk a half mile to another pick up spot and it would've taken 20 minutes at the most.. Oh well..

Not my favorite. I'd recommend somewhere else. San Blas, Nayarit I think is better. Check that town out. Or if you want somewhere simple to get to. Puerto Vallarta.

regarding food, the one thing I've learned traveling is to eat what the locals eat, dont try to get fancy eating food they dont normally make, it usually ends up disappointing. I have been proven wrong but its a good rule.

That's definitely a good rule of thumb.. Next time I'll ask the person at the front desk of the hotel or ask my AirBnb host where's a good place to go eat.. The place we went the night before this, La Clementina, very good food.. but we wanted something different and nearby our hotel so we went with this italian place, and was disappointed.. but it's all good. it happens. We tried looking around for a taco street vendor, but we didn't have any luck at all in Manzanillo for that..

    How do you guys communicate?

She knows English pretty well.. She's not too confident with it to talk on camera in English, but whenever she tells me a story in English, she does very well... I understand what she's saying so that's what matters.. She's teaching me Spanish also.

I mean, I was not getting paid for my videos at this point so fair enough. Amateur is the correct term. But definitely not a home movie considering this was filmed far from home
