Hi Brett, thanks for your comment. Normally, one should expect a clear, colorless eluate without any precipitates with our DNeasy Mini Kit. When you observe a yellow pellet after centrifugation in the eluate, this can be due to the starting material (amount or nature of the starting material) or any other technical issues during the preparation.
