I usually use Oat milk for my coffee now. Trying to cut down on meat and dairy when I can to lose weight and bloating. It’s so hard because there’s barely a food or product i don’t like!

I love plain half and half as well. It enhances the flavor of the coffee rather than covers it up. I have to eat as soon as I wake up! I’m breastfeeding and I’m always starving and eat such big portions! It’s crazy.

My husband and I freeze our bread too! Our first couple months of marriage our bread kept going bad because we couldn’t eat it quick enough with just us two haha.
To support a healthy metabolism, fertility, libido, and hormones, especially if you're wanting to prepare your body for pregnancy, eat within 30 minutes of waking up and before coffee. im also usually hungry at around 9am but since i have insuline resistance, i can't fast for too long so i end up having something really light at around 6:30 am so my sugar levels are balanced
That looks nice and balanced. However I really struggle with salads for lunch. They don’t fill me up and I end up eating more calories later because I’m still hungry :/

I would recommend Oatly Barista for coffee - froths really well and has none of the hormones/cholesterol that are in dairy :)
It’s so delicious. My family (who all eat/drink dairy) have converted to Oatly because they just prefer it! 😋

Love air fried chickpeas. I find that drying them well with a tea towel before air frying them makes them even lighter and crispier!
