This is great! Just made homemade keto granola that will work perfectly with this recipe. I do have a question..would it be better to use confectioners swerve instead of granular? I would think it would be grainy. I have no idea though! I’ve never made it before 😄

Yes if it is hot where you are. If you take it out and serve immediately it will be ok, like ice cream, I wouldn’t sit it on the table for long.

It should be ok then, we’re in Australia it gets stinking hot here (though its nearly winter now) and we manage to eat it 👍

Yep it gets very hot in summer.. We will go to Germany and other places in Europe when we’re allowed to travel again, hopefully soon. Finger crossed 🤞
