Saying “Hip-Hop legend NAV” more than once per vid is crazy 😂
Saying crazy in 2023 like a sheep is crazy
@@TayT300niggas been saying crazy

But fr tho nav ain’t een close to a legend lil bro like stop the glazing 😂

Best rapper alive
Ty based god
Lmaooo swag
this comment should be pinned
That dreaded 2012 Chief Keef gone b remembered for years to come.
our kids gon find sosa in their history textbooks
Chief keef is a legend for the back to the dead mixtape alone
Fax💯
But why your pic Lul Tim tho lol?
@@SupaSavage24 jump out da whip like lul tim but yeah thats kinda crazy 💀
Sosa was really ahead of his time, everyone forgets about how experimental he was back in his prime. I honestly think he's in a new prime, I think his rapping is better than ever.
n his new beat selection, songs like tony montana, tuxedo and etc is his best sound rn
@@bloodomen2794that tony montana beat is so fucking hard
Keef been in his bag since 2021
he’ll never top 2012 Sosa
Now you have Durk who is dominating right now
no one was more ahead of his time than speakerknockerz 🙌🙌
Lil b
2012-14 sosa
cartier god-can i call u bay
SK a goat tho🐐
Literally Memphis in the 90s....
Chief Keef is not even close to be a washed up rapper.
His work after Finally Rich inspire countless rappers after him, his "sluppring" voice and futuristic sound inspired the underground in ways you wouldn't even imagine, i can name you A LOT of rappers who were influenced by his sound after finally rich.
Specially Almighty So, the Back from the dead series, Bang series, the Leek, even more recent stuff like Thot Breaker or Musick Mansion has inspired rappers because he really got it like that
💯💯exactly like come on now
Well said
Yea he not really tapped into sosa catalog
@@keeosama not at all
Chief keef created snippet culture
Not true
@@89bino who did then
@@bbbbbdddbbbbbdbd savage?? idfk
@@prodby4star lol no way. he had a very iconic snipped but definitely wasnt the first to preview a snippet. pretty sure the lowlife snippet video was the blueprint for the i know snippet
Lil b changed the rap game forever idc what anyone says, without Lil b there wouldn’t be a soulja boy or them other rappers who really just be saying anything in their lyrics nowadays
Fr
Soulja boy was here before lil b. Lil b ushered in the SoundCloud era, Soulja boy was here during the crunk era. Ik because I was in middle school during the crunk era and in high school when lil b came out
@@BlackGirlLovesAnime6 Lil B better.
@@BlackGirlLovesAnime6yeah bro u right this guy is a poser, and i remember that i got introduced to Lil B by Soulja and then they did a bunch of shit together
@@BlackGirlLovesAnime6lil b never used SoundCloud as a platform 😑
You forgot to note! Lil b cursed KD, and if it weren’t for him lifting the curse due to KD going to golden state, a California team which is where B is from, KD wouldn’t have won any championships!
Nigga that shit had nothing to do with a fake ass curse😂🤣
There's a video where Lil B lifts the curse on live tv. It's hilarious, Lil B is serious about the curse but he also realizes how goofy it looks so he's playing it up and having fun with it
James Harden would have a ring by now if he apologized to lil b
They even use the ay flow in fucking k-pop songs. Keef’s influence is in the history books
where😂
What are you talking about
It’s so sad every time I hear he was found next to his car. He worked so hard for it and passed away next to it
Glad to see Speaker Knockerz still getting brought up
ong RIP
I remember in high school being in a special ed class where I befriended this one dude who was an Evangelical Christian. He was in the class because of troubles at home. He was a great guy and was open with his love for God and his life despite his shortcomings. He was the nicest dude you could ever meet. I don't know what his religion's thought on certain music was (I came from a Lutheran background, but had never attended church nor read the bible in my life up to that point), but he would crank Chief Keef and Speaker Knockerz during lunch break. He also had a few other rappers he enjoyed such as Rich Homie Quan, OG Maco, early-Hopsin where he was borderline a horrorcore rapper, and several others. It was a good time. I would say that I am heavily nostalgic for Keef's and SK's music, but not really, because it still sounds so fresh to me.
Nice
OG MACO HOLY SHIT THAT TAKES ME BACK! 😂 i randomly remembered that song he made but couldn’t remember his name or the name of the song
@@3starz475and now bro got black balled from the industry. Lost his eye. And has a skin eating disorder. Idk what bro did but the universe don't like him
Can't believe people think Chief Keef is a one hit wonder when me and my friend hold him at this crazy ass pedestal, like bro is music itself or sum
I have to disagree. Chief Keef post Finally Rich was still influential
Ong, he forgot he mention that he popularized showing snippets that never got released. Something rappers do to this day all the time
And also faneto off bftd2 is one of his biggest songs to date and it came out 2 years after finally richh
@@murdered4269 those Chief Keef snippets, especially for Finally Rich, were legendary
the two years directly after 2012 were fwr more influential fs
Everything this dude said in this video was honestly like incorrect, thought it would be a solid analysis video and dude is basically reading tweets and praising Nav the whole time
speaker knockerz was a legend fr im happy he being brought up again
fr he woulda put South Carolina on the map if he didn't pass
same, i have much love for sk! fly high Legend
Thug deserves an honorable mention atleast
he needs to be on this list
You forgot to mention Lil B follows EVERYONE on twitter lmao, I remember he followed me one day I was lowkey freaking out, then I check and at the time he was following like 6.4 million ppl 😭😂
I think there's a limit now on how may you can follow but he used to have the account with the most people followed on Twitter, thats real ass grind
I’ve had 3 twitters and he followed me on all 3 lol my last one he jus did it I didn’t even add him first 🖤
man jus said dat chief keef is known as a 1 hit wonder by most rap fans..... this is not the channel for me lol😂😂😂
Mfs just be saying shit man.
bro chatting
i dont like and faneto are other big tracks tbf, so one hit is disingenuous. however, he ain't really had a big track since '15
Chief Keef aint faded into obscurity tho. People still hyped (along w myself) about AS2 (if it drops lmao)
That’s a big if Lmaoo he months past his date Lmao
if you're confused why there aren't any 3rd party videos...
copyright stuff, and i don't have time to sift through it unfortunately...
For the internet part. I would have to give you a fact check. Souljaboy was the first and not even tryna be funny but he was the first to be earning and changed the way rappers and labels would handle music being distributed, he was also the first to start making money on UA-cam, he was getting .15 cents a view and .7 cents a comment. Don’t believe me . Look up the video when he was beefing with ice T. That’s when he exposed UA-cam and put us on game to make money.
you right
It doesn't matter bro music journalists have always just been making stuff up re: the history of music, artist influence etc.
yeah soulja boy literally was putting in work in those early youtube days, it was so scarce atp he really the first rapper that took social media by storm. his lack of awareness regarding his own carrer hindered his growth.
If I could meet any rapper, without a doubt, it would be Chief Keef.
keef legendary
the aye flow aint finally rich era lol, its late 2013 early 2014 sosa

not gonna lie tho, the sound that chief has introduced recently where he literally rhymes a bunch of funny shit together was the reason why i was recently introduce to finally rich. his new shit has been gas and im excited for his new album cause its exactly gonna be like 4Nem
Bones, Xavier Wulf, Chris Travis, Eddy Baker.
All ahead of their time and stay ahead of their time.
No way you called Nav a legend 3 times bro lmaoooooooo
He is a legend fym
NAV BEST RAPPER! LOL!
You forgot to mention that lil b was part of "The Pack" the rap group who made the "Vans" song, i used to bump them heavy lol
real ones know keef never fell off
He just not mainstream any more so that’s why people say he fell off he got a cult fan base and still relevant
Roscoe dash got done dirty and deserved more shine
Ricky Hil is a big one most people overlook, got the weeknd in to making music and was literally making emo rap in the 2000s. X, Peep, Juice among many others all said he inspired them
Legends. Chief and Lil B ma biggest inspiration 💯
cartier'god shouldve been on here ngl. bro was making pluggnb back in like 2010 lol
Trash sub genre, nobody cares
🤣🤣
can i call u bay and smashin n splashin
Ocean gang splash!!!
Bro where is spaceghostpurrp
Yung lean, chief keef and future really paved the wave for modern rap music. They were all almost 10 years ahead if their time.
Yung lean didn’t blow up tell recently no one heard of ginseng strip until TikTok💀 he may of inspired some small rappers but he definitely wasn’t a pavement.

It's incredible how many random folks I hear say based, not knowing where it's from
Anybody who is a fan of this new rap has to pay homage to the Basedgod. Lil B has been a part of my life since The Pack days. Just slapped BasedGods Pro Skater yesterday.
Still listening to trapped in basedworld.. big belts
Speaker knockerz influenced nav,a boogie wit Da hoodie,Lil tjay, lil tecca and roddy ricch
Lil Wayne influenced him
chief keef needs his flowers
Imo 36 mafia laid the base and fundamentals for trap in the 1990s with their dark sound, triplets and deep sometimes aggressive 808s, but Lil B & Speakerknockera were the grandfathers of the more mainstream trap sound today and Chief Keef is the grandfather of todays drill. Thought Chief Keef has influenced the more mainstream sound today too and Drill can be considered pretty mainstream today too.
Keef was even influencing his opps in drill
Ecen tho 36 were pioneers they werent the only ones nor first, i wiuld even say tommy wright is far more importsnt in memphis
3-6, Tommy Wright and the whole Memphis 90s scene inspired T.I., Gucci, Jeezy, etc to start trap in the 2000s, then by 2010 Waka Flocka inspired Keef and Keef and the whole Chicago 2010s scene made drill, Lil B inspired people on stuff like meme rap, heavy internet promotion, talking about literally anything in your music, low budget music videos, etc and all the other stuff in the video; Speaker Knockerz also inspired being independent, heavy internet promotion, being a new age rapper+producer and melodic rap, they all did something, they all inspired in their own ways, and there’s many others who also helped shape modern rap like Future, Young Thug, Kanye, Lil Wayne, Kid Cudi, Yung Lean, Odd Future, A$AP Mob, Raider Klan most importantly SpaceGhostPurrp, and now kids are taking notes from people like Lil Uzi, Playboi Carti, NBA Youngboy and Kodak
@@21_God Well said
Lil Wayne actually has the most visible impact on hip hop, to categorize him as just one of the many others that had impact is weird.
This video is GOATED.
It’s crazy I got into SK a couple months before he passed, one of the biggest what ifs in hip hop. Also crazy him and Sosa had issues cuz if those two made music together, BRUH. But Lil B is an underground GOAT, but you are hella correct with it’s either you highly respect him or think he’s absolute trash. But the BasedGod is forever GOATED, TYBG. 🙏🏼
TYBG 🙏🏽
more like ty gaylord , now we got rappers dressing feminine while still pretending to be tough 💀lil uzi K
bro i literally look foward everyday u drop keep it up
Best yt rn ong
who said chief keef fell off lmaoo
4nem was great
The sucker punch boosted his career . He didn’t go into hiding . He made a video the next day explaining the situation then dropped “the pretty bitch is back” the SAME DAY . That sneak attack elevated his career . Never went into hiding
Yall always forget about Spaceghostpurrp, that guy created something too more than doing his shit in Cloud Rap like the hieroglyphic shit and aslo in fashion, that "Rocky" shit with the gold grillz and the black clothes is an SGP creation even he denies it.
chief keef can't fall off
Numbers wise he did fall off. Ppl sadly only know finally rich
Lil b most iconic and legendary everybody got swag from lil b he bought fun and his own style to rap i loved him from 2009-2023
Bro i really like ur videos keep going 🔥🔥
crediting Keef for popularizing "aye" as if OJ Da Juiceman doesn't exist is just crazy
Oj def was one of the first Fs . But keef said he didn’t get it from him got it from his uncle . And keef is way more influential than oj
you should’ve included the lil b curse lol
Zach Farlow was so far ahead of his time its sad 😅😢. He got a great sound and already has a bunch of amazing music already out, people just need to hear it!
Wintertime was ahead of his time DONT @ me
chief keef and lil b >
0:55 i still remember finding chief keef because Lil B remxied "bang" and HNHH posted it, then i seen his mixtape cover for bang (part 1) and i felt the same vibes i had got from waka flocka flame when i seen salute me or shoot me. I knew he was gonna blow up but i worried he would be killed. I legit WORRIED sosa was gonna be killed almost every day 75% spring-winter 2012
Love the videos and work ethic 🔥
Appreciate it!!
RIP Speakerknockerz !!!
Damn I wish you had mentioned Yung God from Ocean Gang. He was apart of that Based Era alongside Lil B. Hell Lil B still gets credit for that Caillou Freestyle which is Yung God’s song
its crazy how influential sosa is people underestimate how much he influenced he influenced so many people its crazy people that dont even got a similar sound ill say lucki for example and like summrs and kankan glo beats even sexxy red hopped on a glo beat so is the goat im tired of people not realizing
Fr a Good ass video💯
Where can you contact Knockerz family bout gettin some of them unreleased beats?
Chief keef is still really good. 4nem and dedication are insanely good considering he’s been going this hard for almost 12 years
hey man you need to make a part 2 and talk about yung lean
There is no “mumble rap” rappers like uzi and carti infamously were called mumble rappers despite speaking clearly
I’m a be honest you should of gave Waka Flocka an honorable mention because he was definitely a heavy influence in the people like Chief Keef and
Bobby shmurda
That lil b verse on grove st party is absolutely legendary
make a part 2 with sgp & black kray

THOT been around longer than 2012
It was popularized by 2012. It was a slang far earlier than that in the inner cities of Chicago.
You got some stuff wrong Keef’s aye flow originated after Finally Rich on Almighty So, Bang 2, and his other 2013-14 tracks that’s where his mumble sound started. Uzi said bang 2 is his fav album of all time. He dropped Faneto, Earned It, Sosa Chamberlain after leaving Interscope some of his biggest songs nobody refers to him as a 1 hit wonder. And Keef still averages around 14 million monthly on Spotify alone was on Drake album as a feature and a sample, and even now produced for Uzi, Youngboy, and Trippie albums. He’s far from “faded into obscurity”.
love ur vids but can u adjust the bass in ur voice lol always gotta turn my speakers down
*insert soulja boy im not yo daddy turn yo speakers down*
Speaking of what ifs in hip hop, do u have a vid on that? I feel tayk is a huge what if I truly feel he would be influential up til today if he didn’t get caught up like how he did in 2017
glotoven has to be one of chief keef's most underrated albums
lil b super influencial brooo. nor cal legend fr he got an influence on me cause he just inspirational hes just himself & dont care about nothing type shit. thats hella based. also we need a video on lil wayne & all the people he influenced next mannn that'd be fye

Speaker Knockerz would still be a staple in the industry today. His producer tag it’s the Speaker Knockerz was goated he coulda been like Kanye minus bein unhinged. Kid was a legend with so much potential, shit hurt me when he passed

Kinda. People need to try harder!!!
Bro 2013-17 sosa was crazy he got a song with travis.
Where do i contact Speaker Knockerz family for beats?
I know this was about more of New school rappers but canibus is probably the most ahead of his time rapper out of everyone he had his own website back in 1997 and made songs about physics but was also able to intertwine that niche of physics based lyrics with just some Ill street knowledge to make his music just so advanced man was truly the rakim of his era and even though he’s never mentioned in top 5 lists he revolutionized rap music and battle rap as a whole “ Way above and beyond what was intended“
Too bad he sucks
