Unless it is a federal charge- anything under a year is jail not prison. Yes there is a difference. 364 days over some DV is jail not prison. Like FPSRussia did under a year for the charges he got but that was prison because it was on a federal level. But if it on a state level and it under a year than it's 100% jail. Now if he got sentenced for more than a year but got out early for good behavior that would be a different story. Like let's say he got sentenced to 14 months but only did 11 then he would've been in prison but just got out early.

Unless it is a federal charge- anything under a year is jail not prison. Yes there is a difference. 364 days over some DV is jail not prison. Like FPSRussia did under a year for the charges he got but that was prison because it was on a federal level. But if it on a state level and it under a year than it's 100% jail. Now if he got sentenced for more than a year but got out early for good behavior that would be a different story. Like let's say he got sentenced to 14 months but only did 11 then he would've been in prison but just got out early.

I used to listen to Famous Dex a lot of course I didn’t like all of the songs but a lot of them I did mostly party songs of course in turn up songs.. last time I seen dude on social media he looked horrible. Sometimes was fkn weird with his teeth and I’m fully aware that he’s a grown man and he makes his own decisions but the people around him I feel didn’t really give a damn about him because you don’t let your friends go downhill like that on drugs. Especially if you know that any day he could probably die or overdose and if I’m not mistaken he has children. I don’t support beating women at all. It’s was wrong. But depending on who you are society and the media has selective outrage. I feel like after he didn’t get a picked for the freshman class things went downhill from there he just got deeper into drugs.. I haven’t seen much of him lately but I hope he can get clean and this is coming from a guy that used to be on drugs really bad and no one cared I had to help myself which was absolutely my fault. 0:39
