I just did this class and had the powerful experience. First, during the class I was able to really find a hinderance to my desire for peace and push that out and feel lighter and more free. Second, while praying for the world I started to cry. I realized that I was so heartbroken over what has become of our world and feel this profound sameness over all that we have collectively, and I personally have lost. I have been shoving that sadness down for my kids and even self preservation and focused on the positives and blessings in the storm. I realized I needed to grieve in order to let go. It was so cathartic and felt God showing me that, like after a fire or a hurricane, the sun will rise again and He will be there watching and holding us as we realize our strength and regrow/rebuild better and more beautiful.
God bless you Travis for offering this practice e to the world to help people like me heal and grow.

Since lockdown I've been practicing this class and it's magical it helped through tough days, especially through the midst of chaos homeschooling, housekeeping and uncertainty... I have to say Wow I did something right. I would like to share the joy of my blissful moment last night, my 4 year old daughter cheering her 6 year old brother jogging alongside our family bicycle ride in the forest, he was half out of breath and she was cheering, "come on!!! I know you can do this just put your hand on your heart and say may I be healthy, may I be happy, may I be at peace" it brought tears to my eyes😍 he responded with OK and may I win the race! 😅 We asked her where she learned that from she said mama's yoga and she always say it to her unicorns living in her heart💗 this is so beautiful as I often felt frustrated and defeated not having a quiet space to be alone on my yoga mat. I am deeply grateful for this yoga class thank you Travis and Thank you Lauren. Love and greetings from Germany
