Hi Matthew, I am 180 cm tall. After trying Carver, YOW and other non-brand surf-skateboards, I would recommend a YOW with a 19'' WB. Have fun surf-skating! :)
I slightly prefer the Teahupoo. The shape of the kick-tail provides more room for the back foot. The nose of the J-Bay is too pointy for my taste (aesthetically) and is prone to more damage. Overall, very similar though.
