I still remember when one of those candy artists came to the summer festivals at the local shrine. An old man with amazing skill and he was really fast to make his artworks. It is good to see the young generation keep the art going!
@@KYNAEVIL yes, it was a spectacular, particularly when you were young, seeing right in front of you. And he was talking all the time, explaining and entertaining, interacting with us, until the big reveal. Nowadays these artists have shops on the tourist attraction streets, but in old days, they worked alone, went around to the festivals and to some street's corners pulling the little carts. It must have been a hard work.
This is amazing!! The artistry is incredible. I wonder how they can stand to work with that hot sugar!! I love these videos!! I hope the artisans are safe and sound during this crisis. God bless everyone!
It would be something they get used to over time. They would probably start with wearing cotton gloves under the latex ones until they build a resistance to the heat. They would be opting to only wear minimal gloves to make working easier. It would be a skill practiced for a long time.
This type of candy art is amazing to watch in person. The candy designer moves like poetry. There used to be a woman who did this in Disney's EPCOT until she took a well deserved retirement. She had told us that traditionally only men were taught this craft, but her father taught her how. I wonder if she is now teaching a new generation.
I Love Travel Thirsty very much because they uploading different videos at every time. The Japanese Candy Art is really good and awesome! I fully enjoyed!
Its sugar. I doubt there is much flavoring if any. The color is all food coloring. So it tastes like rock candy or a lollipop that doesn't have any added flavor.
The most impressive is the agility with which these people make the candy. And a simple movement already makes an incredible change and is beautiful! it's even bad to eat...
Aww Didin't expect an extra dog and bird. thought she started making the beetle with a golden carapace but it turned out to be a corgi doggy instead :D
You are so lucky.... You got to travel all around the world.... Also eat so many delicious food and gather so many experience... *lowkeyly jealous* Jk😂
when i see such beautiful things made so easily and so effortlessly.. i feel like the world isn't that complicated, and i feel at peace. it always hurts my head. in a way, is this zen? amezaiku...
That’s is definitely a craft that isn’t common, beautifully done, For those who gave it a “dislike” probably have no talent or never had play doh as a child....
Amazing skills. I’m getting hand cramps just watching it. Wonder if they have competitions where they get to make something intricate. I’m sure someone could end up making a working car.

That would have been amazing to see.

If something looks that good, I won't eat it. I just want to look at it and marvel in its beauty!
Same
Don’t leave it for too long it will have germs and flys
And then eat it....
I would keep it in an air-tight 3D frame like people would with preserving flowers and insects

大まかな成形の段階でなに作ってるかわかるデフォルメとして出してもいい感じなのにそこからどんどんリアルになってくのすごい…
This is some great skill. I wonder how they taste? Does anyone know?
I don't know anything about the taste but I can feel that the taste will be good.

그 다른영상에 남자분이 만드는거는 맨손으로 만들어서 좀 그랬는데 여기 여자분은 장갑을 따로 쓰고 만들어서 좋네요 ㅎㅎ 만드는건 두분다 잘하심!

Jk😂
Such an amazing talent!!
Wow...amazing!!😍😍⚘⚘⚘
Thank you for sharing your incredible skills with us...
Felicidades por tan maravilloso arte.
