      LOL no, Bulgaria is not mediterranean food, they don't use olive oil. I'd say they're closer to serbian grilled meat and with desserts from turks. And they love salads, but they're mostly cucumber and tomato based

    No one in his right mid is eating tripe soup in Bulgaria.

      After drinking rakia or mastika tripe soup is good for recovering from side effects of alcohol .

      @@hakanersoy7914 those are urban legends. The only thing I take to cure my hangover is aspirin. You can drink a beer or two to take the hair of the dog, but it just perpetuates a cycle of withdrawal and does not allow you to recover.
